Did the parks require an entrance fee?

Could that fee cover at least costs of fee collection and restroom cleaning?

Don’t shut down operations which are, or could be, self-funding.

One of the first things to go off line in the gov shutdown was license sales from the DNR; no fishing, hunting or trapping licenses sold. so the chief source of revenue for the department and not a small source of income generated from tourists is gone. But have no fear, the Minnesota DNR will continue to provide the following services:
