My understanding is that the jury was not shown conclusive evidence that Casey was doing the searches in order to kill the child. I believe the family said a pet was chloroformed.

Its the way it always has been with feminism..you can be pregnant, go to some clinic and have your child murdered and people look at them with glee in their eyes, like its Ok to do it..our society is messed up!! Looking at what happened today I am convinced more then ever that Obama will be re-elected..people can look at the facts and either not care or just not pay attention..we live in one sick society..now Casey can go on living that “Beautiful life” she loves so much..Caylee never had a chance in that house..she was a goner the moment she was born to that monster

I only posted two total posts during this whole trial

after the defense finished and the state finished I posted there was reasonable doubt and got my teeth kicked in
and on post 1164 of the long thread I said the verdict would be at 1 pm today

Casey was irresponsible, immature an infernal liar, but if she had abused Caylee, it would of been presented....

If Casey’s parents thought Casey was a danger to Caylee, why didn’t they remove her from Casey’s custody?

I'm still baffled as to how the media decides which of the many thousands of murder cases each year they decide to make "high profile".

Photogenic, slutty 20-something white woman and cute as a button two year old victim. The media pray for this kind of thing...absolutely free reality TV.

The problem is that people interpret the words "beyond a reasonable doubt" to just mean...a doubt, ANY doubt.

They forget the word REASONABLE. That is where the emphasis should be placed. Not just on the word doubt. If you apply that word, REASONABLE, then people like Casey, and OJ, would have been found guilty. Because the evidence presented, although not fully conclusive in that it did not place the defendant in the act of murder, certainly was reasonably indicative of the defendant's involvement. There could be doubt...but the circumstantial evidence is more reasonable in showing the defendant's role of murder.

People often commemorate events in their lives with a tattoo, but Anthony chose a tattoo, written in Italian, with the upbeat phrase, "the beautiful life." Months ago, the original sketch of the tattoo was submitted as evidence. Now prosecutors, after filing a motion to photograph the actual tattoo on Anthony's shoulder, have been granted permission from the judge in the case.

The tattoo could certainly be considered not only as exhibit A, but as exhibit A-Z. How is it possible that any mom could get a tattoo celebrating life when their child had been missing for almost a month?
