Yes, and it renders the 100% types irrational. I have a very good friend - kind, sensitive - who goes completely mad if he doesn’t have 100% knowledge. Even when he has 100% knowledge he still believes something else happened. So as you can imagine, Elvis and JFK are STILL alive living in the outback of Australia. And the walk on the moon was faked. It makes him such a bore.
OK thanks, don’t have to waste any more time on it now. The impression of the case I got was this was whatever Florida Law states degree of murder committed by evil stupid woman; prosecutor says it is worst degreee of murder committed by even eviler stupider woman.

I’m not sure I could go for premediated murder- I’m pretty much in the felony murder (child abuse) column which ends up as first-degree also. For this case I couldn’t vote for death penalty- life without parole fits.
I agree completely with your comment. Life without parole is my preference too.
I started watching late, actually the day truthkeeper put up the thread (thanks, truthkeeper!). What I gathered is this:
She chloroformed Caylee, duct taped her nose and mouth (killing her intentionally), wrapped her up in numerous bags, THEN threw her in the trunk and resumed her partying and spending “quality time” with her boyfriend.
After a few days, she borrowed a shovel and attempted to bury her under her little playhouse (GOD! What a PSYCO PIG!) that Caylee’s grandpa built for her. That proved impossible so she drove her down the street and threw her in the swampy area, back in the woods. She probably lifted Caylee out of the trunk with the shovel because cadaver dogs picked up a scent on the shovel (which belonged to her neighbor).
In the meantime, the chloroform and the scent of the decomposition transferred to the trunk and both were later detected by investigators.
For the next 31 days, she dodged her parents and made up lame excuses for her and Caylee’s whereabouts when she talked to them. She partied, entered a Hot Body contest and posted everything to facebook. Finally, her mother got Casey to admit Caylee was gone, but then Casey came up with the story that Caylee was with the nanny, then it changed to the nanny had kidnapped her and she’d been trying to get her back the whole time.
Is this pretty close? What do I have wrong?
I’ve been wondering if Casey Anthony might have chloroformed and duct taped Caylee, then left her in the trunk to die of hyperthermia. That scenario might explain the chloroform, the tape, the stench, and the lack of any signs of trauma.

More good info there - thanks. I guess we don’t need to overwork our brain cells to figure out where Casey learned to cuss! There have been numerous videos with her mother using the same foul language.
A letter that Cindy wrote to Casey that I saw on another site said that she should remember that Jesus is with her or something like that. How dare she - with a foul mouth like that!! I remember that she also tried to get a Bible into the jail for Casey.
I don’t care what the provocation is or was - the language is terrible! I’m old enough to remember that some of those words were never uttered in mixed company - NEVER. Sadly, those days passed somewhere along the line.
How wonderful it is to NOT turn on the TV..Pay no attention to talking heads and jury “readers”.. The air time must be filled..We don’t have to watch it..I don’t think we’ll get a verdict before Thursday or Friday..

When you click on the 31 days link, I think near the top is a link for cell phone pings. When several towers are close together the call might ping off of one, then a different one, then back to the first one even if you aren’t moving - each call hits the “available” space on a tower so there are some where she is home but calls are hitting a couple of different towers. Really interesting info there!

I would not put anything past Cindy Anthony. She’s a mean-spirited enabler who would do anything to protect Casey from the forces of law. People say Casey is fascinating - but I always thought Cindy was the really fascinating creature in this story.
If you listen to the infamous phone call played yesterday, you will notice that the first lines of the conversation are Cindy saying happily: “Did you see me on TV last night?!” Appalling.
