Results of a new study suggest that women are less sexually attracted to men who smile, further cementing the axiom that nice guys finish last.
The study found that women were least attracted to smiling, happy men, preferring those who looked proud and powerful or moody and ashamed. On the other hand, men were most sexually attracted to women who looked happy, and least attracted to women who appeared proud and confident.
The study, published Tuesday in the journal Emotion, is the first to show that women are sexually attracted to a brooding hulk, while men are sexually attracted to a smiling beauty.

Hmmm. Maybe they aught to do this one again as a genuine smile with dimples looks pretty good on a man. And, from the other perspective, we nice girls have wondered why the truly nice guys always end up with witchy women. Smiles or no smiles aside.

What they don’t tell you is they polled the same women 2 minutes later and they all gave different answers based on the fact that they changed their minds.
Another 2 minutes later....they all wanted a guy with issues so they could change him.

My parents always taught me to be friendly and cheerful when meeting new people. Leave a positive impression on them. A smile is natural when one is glad to meet a new person. If that’s a turn-off, it’s the other person’s issue to deal with.

And this article is such BS. I have always been friendly and smile at women and had more girlfriends that I can remember. My friends who carried themselves the distant, moody, aloof, got zilch.
So THAT is why I’m constantly fighting off women! Time to start smiling more. ;)
