Walter Jamal Harrison, 26, of Cleveland has become the 19th suspect to be charged in connection with the gang rape of an 11-year-old girl from Cleveland.
Walter Jamal Harrison of Cleveland saw his photo posted on the Liberty County sheriff’s office "ten most wanted" website and turned himself in to authorities late Wednesday, officials said. He is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child.
Because of a gag order that prevents investigators from talking to the news media about the case, officials declined comment on whether more arrests are anticipated.
The sheriff’s department said Harrison was charged with public intoxication in 2006, assault with bodily injury in 2009 and theft in 2010.
The assault of the sixth-grade girl by 19 men and boys – ranging from a middle school student to a 27-year-old man — occurred over a three-month period in Cleveland on at least four dates beginning in September, court records show.
According to a search warrant affidavit, onlookers made videos and still photos of the assaults that went viral around the school district until school authorities were alerted Dec. 1. That also happened to be the last date the girl was sexually assaulted, records showed.

Oh,right the girl was Hispanic. So no “hate crimes” stautes apply. Oh, wait, when this sort of thing happens the girl is “white” according to the census. So it IS a “hate crime”. Oh, wait, according to Holder, since she was “white” she’s NOT one of “his people”. So the prosecutors are RACIST.
Why are they charging yet another innocent Amish youth? Didn’t they get the memo from Amish leader Quannell X that the 11-year old victim “wanted it”?

This part is new to me.
All the previous stories I saw involved a single (two part) incident:
Part One, 3 guys 'took her for a ride', and instead she was taken to a house and gang-assaulted/raped, until one of the guy's aunt came home, at which point they bundled her out a window;
Part Two, they then dragged her to an abandoned mobile home, and continued the attack, with more & more guys showing up to particpate.
When did these new (to me) revelations come out?

There was a time..when this would not have happened..there was a deterrent.
