And now we have stories of real dead fish —even in Brazil—and birds falling out of the sky.

Brett Baier is talking the Book of Exodus and the Apocalypse.

God is not mocked. In any language.

The whole point of the homosexual agenda is to criminalize Christianity.

Bingo. And, it is also being used to undermine parental rights.

The question is, why do so many conservatives fail to understand that and ignore the issue?

If that sign is there, why isn't it considered private property? If not, can we simply then claim it is "art"? Are they going to order its destruction? If so, will they use PUBLIC workers to tear it down?

BTW, I thought this was already settled as constitutional. Maybe I was thinking of that other Cross that was vandalized by the tolerant left.

The birds falling dead out of the sky is being reported as Avian Flu as it happened in Canada.

The U.S. says our birds falling dead from the sky are fireworks

So is this going to grind up to the USSC?

It stinks that some malcontents want the place to be bare. (What kind of monument would one erect to atheism. A giant vacuum bottle?)

If the cross has to move, it should be sold to some private party who will move it to another spot as “legally” close to its present site as practical.

Judges on the panel are Pregerson (Carter appointee), McKeown (Clinton) and Paez (Clinton).

I'm shocked.

As a local, I can't believe we're back to this. Again.

The cross and land had been left to the city. They didn’t put it up. When this went to the courts, the city auctioned it multiple times because the courts said it wasn’t enough. The voters voted, multiple times, to keep it where it is, how it is, even after a judge changed the majority requirement for passage. During the Bush years Congress voted to condemn the property and make it a national memorial site. The city is no longer involved, the area belongs to the Feds.

I’ve got an idea. Let’s declare the federal government and corrupt judicial activists unconstitutional.

Well since the “monument” is over 50 years old, it may qualify as a historic cultural resource worthy of historical register status. If it qualifies as such, it can be granted protection based on its historical significance. If I were involved in this fight, I would seriously look at that angle.

Absolutely. They are already, we just have to stop pretending that they are legitimate.

Tell the three judicial stooges “You made your ruling, now come take it down.”

And when they try to, meet them with an overwhelming force.

There is nothing unconstitutional about this cross.

It does not have Jesus Christ on it. It is just the shape of a vertical member crossed by a horizontal member.

A cross is a type of marker, and has been used for centuries as such.

It is time to tell this judges “feh!”

Well, all I can say to the atheists and Jews and others is; “There’s Room at the Cross For You.” and you don’t want to hear Jesus say “I don’t know you.”

Missionaries like the Apostle Paul worked without the benifit of crosses on the hilltops, so I guess we can too. Is this really a good fight to continue? I don’t know. Maybe all part of the slippery slope decline of Judeo/Christian morality in our country? And keeping a cross on a hill will stop it, or slow it down? Could the efforts be used better in other ways?

I could be wrong, admittedly, but these are questions that should be brought to the LORD in prayer.

[... to this day remains at least 86% Christian...]

I figure you’d be lucky to find such an optimistic majority in the finest churches, let alone in a country that 53% vote for a party that will go to the mat to defend a woman’s right to murder her unborn child.

I’m just going by the latest statistics that I read within the last week in an article posted here at FR.

Most folks are in denial about the REAL battle - the spiritual battle.

When you understand that this is really what is going on,
a lot of things make a lot more sense, like,

why do liberals rail against “religion” and ignore the proclivities of Muslims? Because the real target is CHRISTIANITY and Christ, and the left and Muslims are on the same side in that fight.

HiTech: “So is this going to grind up to the USSC?”

To be accurate here, the USSC should bear the blame for the completely incomprehensible “standards” and tests it has devised to determine the so-called wall of separation between church and state. The USSC judicial activists, aka evolving constitution nutjobs, wanted to open a 1st Amendment can of worms here, and they have. Unfortunately, the individual justices aren’t even consistent with their OWN prior rulings. If the 9th Circus has wiggle room, you can thank the jerks on the USSC for it.
