Karl Rove discusses Sarah Palin's book tour and a possible presidential run. Palin will be doing three book tour events in Iowa, which Rove calls a "smart move."
"She's got a problem with Independents and she has a problem with Democrats," Rove said about Palin's rating with these groups.

Unify this.
Rove has a problem with a Woman as a Leader. That is plain to see. every week he seems to have nothing good to say. I mean why not use all that negativity and devote it to Odumbo the Shitcago/DC Clown. Rove why do you not spend the time going over the OdumboCare Bill.
You spend more time shooting off your mouth about Palin. why not take the time to speak to her in person instead of snide attack and another snide attack. Take the time to talk to the person that your continually badmouthing. maybe the problem is with youyourself Rove. Get over yourself, once and for all.
I DO get the impression you are not a big Romney fan ;-)
One thing I think is true: Palin will do it HER way if she does run. I believe her when she says she hasn’t made a decision yet, because I just don’t think she is driven in the same power-crazy way most politicians are (look at Charlie Crist for an example). She doesn’t see it as her “right” or her destiny, and I think she’d be happier to follow her own instincts and lose than be managed and manipulated by the likes of Karl Rove and win.
She just did, and pansy RINOs like Tokyo Rove are messing their panties about it.
In spite of the combined opposition of Democrats and RINOs, Sarah and the TEA Party patriots pulled off the biggest nationwide conservative election wins in history, more than 700 Republican victories across the nation.
Yeah, the stupid and evil don't like her very much, and won't like her very much until she late-term-aborts Trig on TV with Katie Couric holding the kid down.
So since that's rather unlikely to happen, eff the Democrats and mush-brained "independents" (Democrats who accidentally bumped up against someone with a job once), and let them pick their own leaders like Obama, Pelosi, Biden, and the other stupid/evil meat puppets.
Here are the folks that Palin needs to unify:
1)GOP conservatives otherwise known as the base; they comprise roughly 70% of the GOP
2)Libertarians
3)Independent conservatives which now comprise 36% of all conservatives
4)Reagan Democrats (conservative Dems)
5)the 15% of the Hispanic community which calls themselves evangelicals and are not RC (Mark Salter claims these folks are what brought Bush victory in 2004)
6)pro-life groups and other conservative advocacy groups
7)Right wing talk radio
8)conservative gays
9)PUMA’s (e-Hillary Clinton supporters)
10)Patriotic/national defense oriented Americans
The Pubbies have to be willing to be unified... It ain’t all on her...
FWIW Santorum was on Fox today and was asked about running. His response was something like...he'd have to look and see what issues/values most concern The People.
Ricky...you have it backwards. YOU have to have the values and address the issues FIRST!
What a jackwagon!
Only Rove would think that unifying conservatives with RINOs like himself is a great idea.
Palin doesn’t need his permission or approval. Talk about nerve...a ‘divider’ advising Palin that she needs to unite.
Rove go back under your rock and STAY there.
I’m sorry but she doesn’t have to “Unify” democrats. Democrats will NEVER vote for a Conservative anyway..and as far as Unify Republicans, she has 70 percent support..she will never unite the RINO Republicans anyway because they are jerks
Rove sounds like the Dems that want the GOP to prove that they can unify the opposition and Obama.
SHE HAS A PROBLEM WITH INDEPENDENTS AND DEMOCRATS
Well folks in case you haven’t figured out Obama has a way bigger problem with INDEPENDENTS, Republicans and conservatives.
Why aren’t we more concerned with Obama’s glaring weakness? After all he is the President, and not Palin.
Roll over, Rove(r), and let Sarah take over.
That put so much importance on "unity" but they are never the ones who are expected to change their beliefs in order to bring this UNITY about.
It's always the other guy.
Well, I got a question for Karl. Why don't you tell your fellow RINOs to unite behind Sarah?
What is it that they want that they wouldn't get from her? Low taxes? She's all for low taxes. Smaller government? She's all for smaller government. Less regulations? She all for less regulations?
So what's left, Karl? What are the issues RINOs are worried that Sarah won't promote?
I wonder what is is about the so-called independent voter that makes them so coveted and important.
I haven’t given in years, but maybe we should all become Independents and tell the RNC we’re voting for Palin when they call for a donation.
