PHOENIX - Sarah Palin kicks off her nationwide book signing tour in Phoenix this evening at 6 and dozens of her fans have been lined up for hours outside of Barnes & Noble at Desert Ridge.

Dozens of people in lawn chairs bundled up and braved cold temperatures.

That didn't stop 18-year-old Hayden Bradley from showing up at 1 a.m. "Definitely worth it."

Greg Goulet from Portland and his son got in line at 4 a.m. to meet the former Alaska Governor and get a copy of "America By Heart."

"It's still cold. I mean 45 is 45. It's worth it."

Palin drew hundreds of fans to the Tempe Costco last December when she signed copies of "Going Rogue."

Only hundreds? You shoulda seen the crowd who camped out for her in Springfield,Mo. It was very cold and blustery those nights, too.

Well, this writer might not have any idea what he’s talking about. He might be a journ0list. Her crowds are always underestimated.

How I wish I could be there but we’re out of town for the week :>(

Seems like we’re ALWAYS gone when she comes to AZ. Hope she’s not trying to “tell me something”! I’m sure she’ll draw a great crowd!!

I’ve got VIP Line Tickets to see her in Lexington on December 1. Can’t wait. :) My picture with her from the “Going Rogue” tour is on my desk at work.

Don’t remind me. Always at the right (or maybe wrong?) place at the right (or maybe wrong?) time?? Not a good track record, huh?

If I don’t get a chance later, I hope you and yours have a Happy and Blessed THANKSGIVING!!!

I hope to see Sarah Palin here ,in a few days here at Barnes and Noble. Wonder if I could give her my little note I recently wrote on how to Save the United States? She could then implement this when she becomes President in 2 years:

democrats want more government.

We need much less government not more.

Here is the solution to save the United States:

1. Deport all illegals and build a fence.

2. Abolish all government agencies as in the EPA, TSA, FEC, FCC,FDA,IRS ,HUD,HHS, government schools, etc. This can be done by making all laws expire after 3 years. So all laws , laws that mandate agencies, spending , and make it easy for unions will have to be created again every 3 years. So only the laws the people really want are kept.

3. Deal with China and other countries manipulating their currency.

4. Repeal every law as in 2 above, Repeal every law, Amendment etc. to 1890. Then America was growing faster than all other countries, had a limited government , and manufactured more than all other countries put together and we did it all without the technology we have now and with only 1/4 the population.

What do Snuggies look like from the back? Are they open (sort of like those hated hospital gowns)? To me, it just sort of looks like wearing your bathrobe backwards.

When they first came out...I remember yelling at the TV screen..."It's just a bathrobe on backwards, you idiots".

As far as I know, they're just like hospital gowns. Regardless, the concept is absurd...

What I do notice is that there are more REAL bathrobes on the racks this year...especially in the ladies section...
