Schlockumentary film producer Michael Moore on Friday said the McDonald's that's two blocks from Ground Zero killed more people than the nineteen hijackers involved in the 9/11 attacks.
Chatting with Bill Maher on HBO's "Real Time," Moore also accused Newt Gingrich and Sarah Palin of being America's Taliban.
"We should start calling them Cleric Gingrich and Mullah Taliban Palin," said Moore.
"Because I think that their level of bigotry is so un-American" (video follows with partial transcript and commentary):

I love how someone who doesn’t seem to really take care of himself (is overweight possibly due to over eating) can make such a statement but that’s Michael Moore and how he keeps himself in the lime light.
Seems the philosophy is that if you’re going to tell lies at all, tell Whoppers (oh wait, that’s the competition).

And maybe you hadn’t noticed, but the Taliban are actually dangerous to human beings, rather than just fish and game.
This guy is so September 10th; that being said, the McDonald’s in question, whatever horrors it has visited on us (I personally Big Macs are the ultimate achievement of Western Civilization), is a very convenient place to use the restroom if you’re visiting Ground Zero. When I was there one night years ago, there were no other restrooms around (I was directed to McD’s by a cop).
They REALLY think they speak for the American people.
Conservatives need to do everything in their power to ensure people like Michael Moore get heard loud and clear. Get out of the way and let the commies speak. The American people are paying attention...and nothing we can say will be more damning to their cause than just letting their own voices be heard.

We all should pick a day and purchase cheeseburgers in protest to this outrageous attack on McD’s. I have to say Burger King handled the situation right. They came out with higher calorie sandwiches. They did it their way.
