This will make the DMV look like a well oiled machine!
I’m a proffessional Drafter, and that is the schematic from hell.
I’d be curious if there was a single person in govt who could explain that entire schematic.
Of course I do not believe so, but would love for Brett Baier or someone to have someone (Pelosi, HHS top man) explain this without looking at it.
In regard to Øbamacare, HR 3590 is 2074 pages and is extremely difficult to understand but I found some questionable exemptions beginning with page 329.
If certain religious groups, American Indians, illegal immigrants, hardship cases and prison inmates are exempt from ObamaCare’s health insurance mandate then the law is clearly unconstitutional.
How can a federal law dictate adherence by only some groups of people but not others. Why will some religions be required to buy insurance and others will not? How far back does your American Indian heritage have to reach in order to allow exemption? Illegal immigrants won’t have to pay for insurance but hospitals will be required to treat them anyway?
Can legal experts who post here frequently help me to understand why this law should not be thrown out?
Just keep in mind; the outfit just now taking charge of your healthcare is the one which has been running Arlington National Cemetery and is responsible for the THOUSANDS of mis-marked, unmarked, mixed-up and multiple-used gravesites that have come to light.
Two words come to mind. The first is “Cluster”.
Government Health Care
The efficiency of the Post Office
The customer service of the DMV
The compassion of the IRS

No wonder the democrats in Congress and the Executive branch legally exempted their (taxpayer funded) personal health insurance from this nightmare.
To add to my previous reply, here is an excerpt from the results of a recent hearing into the scandal:
“Missouri Sen. Claire McCaskill said at the hearing that as many as 6,600 graves at Arlington could be unmarked or mislabeled because managers didn’t do their job properly.”
Of course, healthcare will be handled much more reliably!
