Get ready for your life to change. The so-called benefits of ObamaCare don't start until 2014, but the tax increases, misallocated resources and federal regulations start now.

Speaker Nancy Pelosi famously said the night of ObamCare's passage, "We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it ." The emerging picture is frightening.

ObamaCare dramatically alters the already-overregulated health insurance market. The federal government will now manage your health care decisions. The law creates a maze of mandates, federal directives, price controls, tax increases and subsidies.

We all begin paying ObamaCare taxes this year. The law includes at last count at least 19 new taxes. As Americans begin to reap the personal financial burden of Obamacare, the movement to repeal it is mounting.

Individuals must pay an annual penalty of $695, or up to 2.5 percent of their annual income, if they don't purchase an approved health insurance plan. Penalties on families include an annual penalty of $347 per child, up to $2,250 per family, if parents don't purchase an approved policy.

Most of us have heard about the penalties on employers. Business owners must buy a government -approved health plan or pay a penalty of $2,000 per employee if they have 50 employees or more.

Investors get whacked hard. ObamaCare imposes a 3.8 percent tax on investment income for individuals making $200,000 or more and on families making $250,000 or more. The investment tax is not indexed for inflation, so as time passes more people will be expected to pay. Seniors on fixed incomes and pensioners with IRAs and 401(k) plans will be hit hard.

The so-called "Tax on 'Cadillac' health plans" imposes a 40 percent tax on health care plans valued at $10,200 for individuals and $27,500 for families.

Medicare taxes are climbing up, too. The bill requires single people earning $200,000 or more and couples earning $250,000 or more to pay an additional 0.9 percent in Medicare taxes.

Thinking about downsizing or buying a new home? There are new taxes on home sales tacked on the bill. ObamaCare imposes a 3.8 percent tax on home sales and other real estate transactions. Almost every homeowner qualifies as "rich" for one day, the day they sell their house.

Taxes on medical devices will also be going up to 2.9 percent under ObamaCare.

And we can't forget the new 10 percent tax on tanning.

ObamaCare empowers the IRS for enforcement. The IRS is hiring 16,500 new enforcement officials. The IRS will confiscate tax refunds, place liens on property and seek jail time if healthcare penalties and taxes are not paid.

But don't despair. As of July 14,130 members of Congress have signed a discharge petition that will force Nancy Pelosi to hold a straight up-or-down vote on HR 4972, a bill, proposed by Congressman Steve King, that repeals ObamaCare.

In plain language, that means that the repeal of ObamaCare is actually within our grasp. Congressman King is upbeat, saying: "I am optimistic that we will be able to attract the 218 signatures we will need to force a vote on repealing ObamaCare. ... Signatures on the discharge petition have come more quickly than I had expected."

Union exemption Constitutionality”

“Tax on ‘Cadillac’ health plans” imposes a 40 percent tax on health care plans valued at $10,200 for individuals and $27,500 for families.

While the WSJ sez: So emerging from their backrooms, Democrats have agreed to extend a special exemption from the Cadillac tax to any health plan that is part of a collective-bargaining agreement, plus state and local workers, many of whom are unionized. Everyone else with a higher-end plan will start to be taxed in 2013, but union members will get a free pass until 2018.

Ponder that one for a moment. Two workers who are identical in every respect—wages, job, health plan—will be treated differently by the tax system, based solely on union membership.

Do you want to help make it happen? Then please join the Obamacare Class Action Lawsuit and pass the information posted below on to others and encourage them to likewise. To date, we have ~32,000 U.S. Citizens, from all states, on board. We need to get this number up to 50,000 and 100,000 would be better.

Obamacare Class Action Lawsuit

"The purpose of this lawsuit is to reverse Supreme Court precedent related to the Commerce clause and thereby overturn Obamacare. The Supreme Court has historically erred in its interpretation of the Constitutional role of the Federal Government. Recent Supreme Court rulings hint that they may be willing to take another look at Commerce clause precedent. Obamacare is so over reaching and so onerous, that it must either be repealed in Congress or struck down in the courts. We must fight this on both fronts. This is our historic opportunity to reverse America’s trend toward Socialism by overturning this unconstitutional precedent.

If you are a US citizen and agree with the goal of this lawsuit, please join us. If you have concerns about joining, please review the FAQs for more information. Every person we add strengthens the voice of "We the People".

I just received an update on this year’s insurance enrollment for Arizona State retirees. The letter notifies us we will see increases in their health insurance costs beginning in January - due to the federal insurance program; it out-and-out says that. So much for reducing health care costs.

Now this cannot be true! I just read in our local paper yesterday, that many routine tests will now be FREE! What could be better than free? (How long do you think it will take until people realize free tests = higher premiums?)

What is bone chilling, is that support for repeal has gone down.

“In plain language, that means that the repeal of ObamaCare is actually within our grasp”

A Congressional vote to repeal will never be taken. As always follow the money and power trail. Freebies, shifting of costs and new revenue streams for corporate medicine subsidized by the public. New taxes and regulatory power for Congress and the bureaucracy. The perfect dream for the denizen's of DC. The only debate between the political parties will be which one can make the doctor's appointment schedule flow on time.

What you say is true. Notice there are no Republican candidates slamming the issues really hard. None pointing out loudly the negative realities of the disastrous legislation passed by the socialists in power.

Republicans don't understand the issues because they are on the wrong side. If a Republican were to run hard on the real issues, they would win by a landslide.

If you think the housing market is bad now, wait until people start getting hit with this. The real estate industry is going to seize up and freeze solid. Hope you are happy with the home you have now...

What is needed is a leader. The sheep will willingly follow a leader. A Christie/Palin ticket would be unstoppable.

What will it take to make this happen?

There is nothing than can be done before 2013 at the very earliest. By then there will be so many other monstrosities on the books that Obamacare will be forgotten. The private sector will be GONE.

You may as well despair on such legislation until 2013.

Even if H.R. 4972 were to be voted on in the House and it succeeded (not likely at all), there's no way that the Senate would pass it. Even if it were to make it to the Kenyan Clown's desk, he would simply veto it.

2013 will be the first opportunity that we will have to repeal this monstrosity.

I hope that the courts will be of some help, but who knows? Our jackpot justice system is so broken that I think that it's more of a matter of where this is heard and by whom rather than Obamacare's blatant unconstitutionality.
