HONOLULU (AP) -- It's now law in Hawaii that the government can ignore repetitive requests for President Barack Obama's birth certificate.
Republican Gov. Linda Lingle signed into law Wednesday a bill allowing state government agencies not to respond to follow-up requests for information if they determine that the subsequent request is duplicative or substantially similar to a previous request.

He’s giving Hawaii a LOT of money, and promises to sign a Hawaii sovereignty bill into law if it reaches his desk - something Lingle has been wanting a very long time.
It’s the Chicago way. Just like Senate seats can be sold to the highest bidder, silence can be bought on the taxpayer dime (actually much more than a dime though...)
Hopefully people will increasingly realize that our government is corrupt beyond recognition, and the rule of law is a sad, sad joke. Hopefully as people realize what that means they will stop guffawing over the - teehee - “birthers” and realize what a mess we are really in.
The Hawaii DOH has already revealed that the Factcheck COLB is a forgery.

The only conclusion is that they hide this for some reason. If there were no reason to hide the truth they would not spend so much effort and money avoiding disclosure of the truth.
Hawaii has dodged and weaved for 2 years, and violated their own laws; rewrote their DoH regulations and changed the nomenclature on all COLBs issued now to state “Certificate” instead of “Certification” in an effort to obscure the lines between abstracts and birth certificates. All in an effort to keep Obama’s birth or lack of records secret.
This law is a culmination of their deceptive efforts in favor of Obama.
History will record their treason.
