I have to disagree with the good Sec of State: There is no may about it.

Absent a court finding that he isnt a natural born citizen, we have to take the certification from the National Democratic Convention at face value.
Which version of the DNC certification document would that be Mr. Nelson? Would it be the one that does include the passage stating BO/BS is constitutionally qualified that was sent only to the state of Hawaii?
Or would it be the other version with the Constitutional passage omitted that was sent to the other 49 states?
Why bother omitting the Constitutional passage from the document if BO/BS is a natural born citizen as required by Article 2 Section 1 of the Constitution?

Does anyone know if this is true? Seems to me a state ought to be able to act autonomously on this issue.
To: Man50D
This guy got the version without that certification. Someone ought to tell him that.

If we had a real DOJ they would be, Holder’s just Obama’s sock puppet.

They can and they have in the past. But the boy marxist is apparently so special that NO ONE bothered to check it out.

All you needs is a state law requiring proof of eligibility to hold the office for which one wants to be a candidate in order to get on the ballot. State legislatures have the power to determine the method by which their presidential electors are chosen. They could require proof of being a "natural born citizen" along with proof of meeting the other requirements for electors to be allocated to a candidate.

This thing is not going away. I used to think this “birther” thing was just a curious diversion, but no one goes to this much effort to hide something that doesn’t need hiding.
One of nobama’s “coverup” henchman is going to either spill the beans or overplay to such a grand scale to create such a public stink that it will overwhelm BHO and bring him down.

Why bother omitting the Constitutional passage from the document if BO/BS is a natural born citizen as required by Article 2 Section 1 of the Constitution? So she would have a former US State to which she could flee into exile once the excrement contacts the rotating ventillator?

His response on the question of BO’s eligibility to be on the state ballot was better than the answers of the other state politicians. I agree, though, he was probably scared to dig into it despite “many inquiries” his office got from state voters. If you have a quick look at his photo here:

you’ll have to agree he certainly doesn’t look like a risk taker.

One of nobamas coverup henchman is going to either spill the beans I find it incredible that there's no one of the talent level of the fictional Ethan Hunt.
