If you file a formal complaint with immigration dont they have to investigate it and prove that he is a citizen. He may not even be a citizen at all for all we know he could have been born on the moon

Each state has their own election laws governing their ballots. The Sec of State is generally charged with seeing the law is followed.

In WV, Obama was required to and did sign a sworn statement that he was a natural born citizen as required by the constitution. No documentation was required.

I have asked several different election officers if this was always the law or if it had been changed and when. I haven’t been able to get an answer. I’ve been to busy to do the research myself.

I’ve filed complaints with just about every law enforcement entity there is, and nobody HAS to do anything. That’s a big part of the problem. There is no way for the common man to hold law enforcement accountable to uphold the law in any way, shape, or form. We can file complaints until our hands drop off, and nobody has to (or will) do anything about any of it.

That’s why I say this is a huge law enforcement issue.

The uproar over Arizona actually passing a law requiring their law enforcement to check whether immigration law has been broken when somebody is already detained for something else and when there is reason to suspect an immigration infraction tells us exactly where we are in this nation: law enforcement gets in trouble when they enforce laws, rather than criminals getting in trouble because they broke the laws.

According to what the Hawaii Department of Health has said it is likely that anybody doing a standard citizenship check on Obama would find that he is legally considered “undocumented” because his documentation is suspect. Several policemen were caught trying to do a check on Obama and THEY got in trouble for it. I’m wondering if something was actually entered into the program to BLOCK anybody from being ABLE to check it and sounding an alarm if anybody tries.

It sounds like future national security chief, John Brennan, had no problem with the alarms going off when Obama’s passport file was breached 3 times before the election, because the normal protocols were disabled to allow those breaches.

IOW, checking on Obama is fine as long as you’re the RIGHT PERSON doing it - one fully committed to repair the discrepancies and tell nobody that you did it. Folks like Fukino and whoever Brennan got to do the dirty work to alter Obama’s passport. Normal law enforcement people get sent to the Gulag just for trying to check.

There was an officer in one of the southern states who received reports about Obama’s COLB being forged. He tried to do some checking and his supervisor ended up accusing him of racism because of it. It’s been a while since I read about that, so the details are blurry, but I know that he wasn’t allowed to do any checking and got into trouble for even trying.

I suppose the career prosecutors in Eric Holder’s DOJ who wanted to enforce the voter intimidation laws against the New Black Panther Party members were called racist also.

By the time the underwear bomber came around, people had pretty much figured out that in Obama’s administration it’s always racist if you actually check out suspicious people, unless they’re white males.

The politicization of law enforcement. That’s EXACTLY where we’re at. It’s what all oppressive regimes depend on in order to enslave the people.

What’s this about Nathan Deal?

We should have known this was coming after 1) Obama’s lawyers outright told the media heads that he would shut them down if they reported on Obama’s eligibility; and 2) Obama and his thugs did the whole “Nice business you have here. It’d be a shame if something happened to it....” routine on the Chrysler lawyers. And the illegal firing and defamation they did to Gerald Walpin because he threatened their taxpayer-funded rewards for political cronies.

If we can’t get law enforcement and government agencies back to enforcing laws rather than being the political thugs for Obama’s Gestapo regime, it doesn’t matter what laws we pass or who passes them. That’s why this is so serious, impacting right down to the street each one of us lives on.

I had never seen this before. What did the certifications from the RNC say for the GOP candidates?

It was the version with the Constitutional passage.
