Carly Fiorina... a candidate who can win unlike yours.

Liar.

I've had enough of the idiots like you who gave us Arnold by insisting upon what has been a bald faced lie for fifty years: "Only a moderate can win." It's been pitched at us since Reagan ran against Christopher. It's bull now, jsut as it was then.

Rasmussen Polls the California Senate Race
Tuesday, March 16th at 2:03PM EDT

Fiorina 40/Boxer 46
DeVore 40/Boxer 46
Campbell 41/Boxer 43

Fiorina polls no better than DeVore. All three have a Margin of Error of 4.5. So, your thesis doesn't hold, despite the fact that DeVore doesn't have money and has the Republican establishment against him. A few debates and it will be obvious who is the competent candidate. At that point, Fiorina is toast and Campbell's record will sink him.

Post crap like that one more time and I'll take it up with JR, pointing you out as another FairOpinion style shill.

Pointing out hypocrisy is a very valid ad hominem argument. You shouldn’t just use words or expressions that you don’t really understand.

So, you and Keyes support Campbell, huh?

She gives the tea party movement the permission to support a candidate they otherwise might feel uncomfortable with.

Actually, the tea party voters already prefer Fiorina over Devore according to the poll.

Fiorina polls no better than DeVore.

In the general ... But DeVore can't win the primary. The primary is next month. The general election is 6 mths away. DeVore has had a lot of support and has been running 8-10 mths yet he is pulling 10% of the primary vote. Not a problem for you?

Do let JR know I support that big bad Conservative Sarah Palin.

I know he remembers when he and many of us FReepers were up twice to the Reagan Library, when he and other FReepers were here in San Diego for the homeporting of the USS Ronald Reagan, etc.

You need to settle down, you are confusing things here.

This is the GOP primary, not the general election, that poll you posted about a hypothetical race in a future election is meaningless. The prolife/NRA member, Fiorina can win this race, she is the only one that can defeat the aggressively pro abortion/gay marriage, Tom Campbell.

Devore never got traction, he is finished and nothing is going to change that in the next four weeks.

What sort of moron attacks one republican in a race when the other likely winner is PRO ABORTION!

A guy who is a snake, and likes the money, and the minor celebrity that he gets from it.

The guy is what he is, we shouldn’t all take it personally, it isn’t like we worship the guy and have devoted our manhood to him.

You need to settle down, you are confusing things here.

Not a bit.

This is the GOP primary, not the general election,

Duh.

Excuse me, but were you here for the recall election? If so, then you'll recall all the "fiscal conservative" "he can win" crap sold to conservatives about Arnold. I did everything possible to point out who Arnold really was to no avail, the cheer-leading liars took the day, even while McClintock was polling ahead of Bustamante 1 on 1.

What SoCalPol is saying is that Fiorina can win against Boxer, unlike DeVore. It is simply NOT TRUE, as is shown by recent polling data from a reputable source. In every public appearance, Fiorina has proven what a disastrous candidate she would be in the general election. All Palin has done is stick her "party uber alles" nose where she had no clue what she was doing.

I will not tolerate another disinformation campaign against a conservative while apologizing and obfuscating the record of a demonstrable globalist cap-and-trade RINO like Fiorina. She is the last thing we need in the Senate. She is the antithesis of the Tea Party grass-roots candidate. She confirms the corporate orientation of the CAGOP leadership, which is something from which NO candidate in a post TARP climate would benefit in generating turnout in an off year election. Boxer is beatable by a conservative in this Tea Party climate. Fiorina has massive baggage with the entire tech community. She has no debating skills, as even she knows, having dodged several opportunities.

So, unlike Socalpol (or you), I offered hard data refuting this BS. Meanwhile, you are bandying Tom Campbell as if he was Bustamante as justification for supporting Fiorina. Remember: an unknown and incompetent Simon took Riordan by an 18 point margin, coming from behind in the final weeks of the primary. Once California Republicans know who these candidates are, they will favor the conservative if they think he has a shot. That is our job here at FR. Hence, if you want to push a RINO here, you'll run into a buzz saw.

It's a problem, but Simon took Riordan by eighteen points after being behind two weeks before the primary election.

Making a candidate viable is up to us. Start acting like it.

You didn’t refute anything, Devore cannot win, he is consistently about 20 points behind Campbell, his campaign never took off and it isn’t going to in the next few weeks.

The only chance of getting a prolife candidate is to back Fiorina against Campbell, Fiorina runs about 4 to 7 points behind Campbell, that makes it doable.

Devore is never going to face Boxer, but for what it is worth, he does worse of the three against her, that would probably get worse once the public learned more about him.

You do know that even tea party voters prefer Fiorina?

Sadly - very sadly, as I’ve heretofore been a big Coburn fan - he also recently told us what a comprehensively wonderful woman Nazi Pelosi is.

I guess we’re pretty much down to a list of one Senator worth a damn: Jim DeMint.

That is a weird post, asking freepers to “trot” out their “credentials” against various celebrities that are subjects of threads and our opinions.

No one here is as famous as Barbra Streisand, or as rich as Madonna, or as politically accomplished as Nancy Pelosi, or as widely known as Noam Chomsky, or as musical as the Dixie Chicks and so on.

Really you made a childish post.

The point is, Alan Keyes is a rock-ribbed conservative Reaganite patriot who has served his country honorably for decades, and your vicious attacks on him are despicable. All we know about you is that you know how to troll FR and attack conservatives.

I was here in San Diego with others countering over 1,000 Mexicans with their BS propaganda.
