And the Houston Crime Lad has put many undeserving men and women into prison.
Many have been released, many have sued, many have had their cased thrown out.
Apathy, sure.
But I do realize there are people in prison that were wrongly convicted.
Apathy from guards and prison officials more a problem than my own.
Increase the sentences of those convicted of raping prisoners and throw them in ‘the hole’ for the rest of their sentence, and hang the lifers caught doing it...

I agree with the both of you. Even if a prisoner is guilty, I don’t support his rape as a sentence. Ever.
I am for individual cells with a toilet.
I don’t think they’d need kitchenettes, and they could be rotated in and out of exercise yards - no need for a private one.

Sodomy is always wrong. Forcible sodomy is worse. Anyone who agrees with that kind of wrongdoing under any circumstance is probably someone with homosexual inclinations.
