Well, Nazi Pelosi said we had to pass it before they'd tell us what is in it. I guess she didn't lie this time.
ObamaCare is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get. Sorry Forrest.

elimination of a key tax break that kept retirees on company prescription-medication plans will mean dumping millions of seniors onto Medicare and that the AP ignored it until now Hully Gee, just imagine that!

I guess we’ll all just have to go out and collect medicinal herbs for seniors.
It is still legal isn’t it?

If this stands, Americans have been duped more effectively than the Russians and the East Germans were once by the Communists. Please tell me that I am hallucinating. This is exactly what happened in the pseudo democracies established at Yalta by Saint FDR in Eastern Europe. Nominal opposition parties that always lost the vote while the murderous Communists ruled as the RAT Party is ruling today.

When the seniors find they are cut off, the RATS will tell them it is because of greedy corporations. The uninformed ones will believe the lies, so more votes for RATS.

The Obamacare nightmare is begining, the MSM will run cover for him as long as they can but there will be a tipping point when either the actual red ink over runs everything and there is economic collapse or when people are literally dying because they cannot get the services they need.
Liberal idiots account for none of the consequences of their actions next up blame the busninesses for not eating the cost over runs, blame the doctors and Drug companies for charging money for their goods and services, everyone will be the victim and Nancy Pelosi will stand their with her smug smile and say this was only a stepping stone we obvisously need to take more government control.

Read this column in which Archbishop Charles Chaput lashes out at the fake Catholic groups, but fails to mention the Catholic bishops themselves, who knowingly worked to hand over health care to Obama, Pelosi, Kathleen Sebelius, etc., etc.

the tax break enacted in the 2003 Medicare Part D program as an incentive for businesses to keep their retirees out of the Medicare system
I don't know how effective that was.
My company has always forced retirees to enroll in medicare when eligible. As for Part D, our drug coverage is packaged into the health insurance so its a non issue.
But back to Medicare. My company is self insured thru BCBS which means that every insurance claim made by an employee or retiree is ultimately paid by my company with blue cross administering the claims then sending us a monthly bill.
Considering the costs of healthcare and the increasing usage by a retiree age 65 and over, there is no amount of tax incentive that can convince my company to remain the pimary payor as opposed to medicare being primary with my company's insurance secondary........
