Cokie Cola has made a tradition out of using Christmas imagery going way back:
Guess they need to change it "For CENSORED"

Mexican Coke is still made with real cane sugar instead of the corn syrup used in the US.
Yes, there is a difference.

The current American Santa is basically the 1930s Coke advertising Santa. Actually it goes back a bit father than that.
From Wikipedia: "One of the first artists to define Santa Claus's modern image was Thomas Nast, an American cartoonist of the 19th century. In 1863, a picture of Santa illustrated by Nast appeared in Harper's Weekly."
Here is an image from 1881:

athists amuse me at Christmas, "don't wish me a merry Christmas!.. so uh.. what'd you get me?" Even more when they shout "Jesus Christ!" in surprise.

It doesn’t cause them trouble. There’s a lot of myths about complaints about Christmas on stuff, but it’s mostly BS. The put Holiday 2009 because they WANTED to (assuming they actually did it, haven’t seen pics or Christmas coke yet), somebody thought it looked cool.

I am not a coke drinker, but I do like that song...but the only words I can sing to it is the title...Its the only modern Christmas song I like......my brain is now singing it, (just the 2 words I know :O)

Santa’s been around for a long time, but the version of Santa we see now, which looks very different from the picture you attached, is really the Coke Santa.

Sounds like Coke is practicing Anti-White Bigotry and Hispano-Racism at the same time....valuing the rights of Hispanics over the rights of majority Americans.
There is no reason why they cannot put Merry Christams on their products....in Texas. Outside of the Peoples Republic of Austin, most white Texans are not offended by “Merry Christmas”

Thanks, but I have better things to do than get annoyed with consumerism, secularism and political correctness.

It’s capitalism. Perhaps these cans are for Spanish areas in the states. I drink a coke for refreshment and not messages. They should just go back to the red can and be done with it. Why do these companies need to put anything on these cans????? It is so ridiculous that it is rather funny.

Si! Twanty-two! I get twanty-two bottle of Coke!

Deck the halls with advertising! ‘tis the time for merchandising! Profit never needs a reason, falala falala la la la! It was already a subject for parody in the ‘50s.
