Just when you thought this was going away.
Soon we’ll get the usual suspects posting replies about how every attempt to get to the truth is a distraction and/or a waste of time and every lawyer that’s making an effort is somehow an idiot and blah blah blah.
But the one thing we’ll never see from those usual suspects is something constructive and proactive to be helpful in trying to get to the truth of the matter.
Tomorrow I’m going to get Judge Carter’s home address and send him a gift basket with a card that says that the American people love our country and simply want (and deserve) to know the truth. Whatever the truth may be.
I won’t put anything in there that could even be remotely considered a threat because that would be wrong and counterproductive, but I will encourage him to please think about what’s best for the country and what’s the “right” thing to do. Realistically, all he has to do is allow for discovery and let Taitz and Donofrio and others carry things forward from there.
As I’ve said before, If Obama’s legit, I’ll recognize him as my president. Until it’s proven, he’s nothing more than a usurper.

Joan Swirsky writes that Douglas Hagmann, in an interview with Dr. Laurie Roth, revealed, “The reason for the media blackout about [Obama’s] birth-certificate issue was nothing less than organized Mafia-like dire threats to members of the media, issued not only from the heads of major TV and radio stations, but also from Federal Communication Commission officials. According to Hagmann and [his investigative partner] Judi McCleod, who conducted a nine-month investigation and documented their findings scrupulously,” threats were made to fire major talk-show hosts if they mentioned Obama’s birth certificate, threats were made by FCC officials to yank broadcasting licenses, and memos were circulated by corporate TV headquarters to all on-air employees advising them not to mention the birth-certificate issue, his lawyer’s license or his college records.
According to Swirsky, during the interview Hagmann and McCleod alluded to e-mails and other evidence in their possession — copies of which, they said, were secreted in several locations.
But the question that begs answering is: Why go to such lengths to keep documents away from public scrutiny? The birth-certificate issue is only a critical problem if, as many believe, it contradicts Obama’s citizenship story. And why prevent access to college records or restrict inquiry concerning his law license?
An even more pressing question is: How does a person like Obama — a nobody from nowhere — come to command such power and money so as to pull this off? Think about what it takes for a presidential candidate, and now sitting president, to have such power.
The answer can only be that Obama is the front man for something far more sinister. One person, without the strength and backing of a cabal capable of toppling governments and affecting worldwide currencies, etc., could not even consider such an undertaking, much less pull it off.
Ergo, the logical conclusion must then be that behind Obama there exists a group or organization so powerful and so sinister that they are able not just to influence global policy, but to control it. I repeat for the record, Obama in and of himself cannot, by any stretch of the imagination, singularly demand that every major media outlet ignore investigating that which could potentially make Woodward and Bernstein’s investigation into President Nixon pale in comparison...

No doubt that it's nonsense. "Dual citizenship" was something our government didn't recognize. Maybe we still don't.
Woodrow Wilson would have been eligible for British citizenship because his mother was born in Scotland. Chester Arthur's Scots-Irish father would have made him eligible for British citizenship. Arguably, Herbert Hoover could have claimed Canadian citizenship, since his mother was born there. But the US didn't recognize such dual citizenship.
From 1855 to 1948 or so, a US law gave US citizenship to foreign women who married American men. So, apparently, Wilson and Hoover could claim that both their parents were US citizens at the time of their birth. But any claims foreign nations would have made that they such men were eligble for citizenship had nothing to do with the US law. We didn't recognize their claims.
I’d love for The One to be booted from office as ineligible. But I will be very surprised if this goes anywhere.

Why didn't the major media investigate the Kennedy sex scandals? It wasn't done at the time. Papers didn't get into those things and broadcasters had to worry about losing their licenses. But beyond that, they loved Kennedy.
And now they love Obmana. Why didn't they investigate the Clinton sex scandals until Bill Clinton had been in office for years? Because they liked Clinton, but also because the smell of blood wasn't in the water yet.
And most of what has come out on this birthplace issue just hasn't been convincing. It may persuade you, but it has to work through a lot more resistance to get the liberal media to want to turn over any rocks.

The United States recognizes Dual citizenship with other countries, the former British colony and commonwealth of Canada comes to mind. The US State Department does not recommend it because of the problems it may cause, but it definitely is allowed with certain other countries.

Hover’s mother was also Naturalized.
You see, there is a difference between being a Citizen, a Naturalized Citizen and a Natural Born Citizen. You can be born to american Parents overseas and be a citizen. You can be born to Naturalized citizens and be a Natural Born Citizen. You cannot be born to a Foreign National and be a Natural Born citizen, particularly when that parent’s citizenship is also conferred onto the child in question, which with certanty happens with British Citizenship.
There are three types of Citizen, Natural Born citizen (two parents who are citizens and born on us soil), a Citizen (IE a child born to American parents overseas) and Naturalized citizen.
Obama is a citizen of the US and of Britain. He may not have gotten any benefits from his father’s legacy, but if he wanted to he could get it. Easily. Because of that duality, he is not and can’t ever be Natural Born.
Obama’s father never was a citizen of the US. He never applied to be, he was in no way - in any way, an American, and never tried to be. He never tried to be. His father was born British and died Kenyan and British. He passed British citizenship onto his son at birth. The Kenyan citizenship faded from Obama when he turned 21, but until that time.... UNTIL THAT TIME.... Obama could ALSO have claimed Kenyan citizenship.
Is it starting to make more sense now? It is the issue of Duality that denies a person Natural Born Status, and that describes Barack Hussein Obama II to a tee.

Ehrlich wrote an article that appeared in New Scientist in December 1967. In that article, Ehrlich predicted that the world would experience famines sometime between 1970 and 1985 due to population growth outstripping resources. Ehrlich wrote that “the battle to feed all of humanity is over ... In the 1970s and 1980s hundreds of millions of people will starve to death in spite of any crash programs embarked upon now.” Ehrlich also stated, “India couldn’t possibly feed two hundred million more people by 1980,” and “I have yet to meet anyone familiar with the situation who thinks that India will be self-sufficient in food by 1971.” These specific predictions did not actually come to pass, and his later book The Population Explosion is much more cautious in its predictions.
The article led to the publication of The Population Bomb in 1968, advocating stringent population control policies.[7] His central argument on population is as follows:
“A cancer is an uncontrolled multiplication of cells; the population explosion is an uncontrolled multiplication of people. Treating only the symptoms of cancer may make the victim more comfortable at first, but eventually he dies - often horribly. A similar fate awaits a world with a population explosion if only the symptoms are treated. We must shift our efforts from treatment of the symptoms to the cutting out of the cancer. The operation will demand many apparent brutal and heartless decisions. The pain may be intense. But the disease is so far advanced that only with radical surgery does the patient have a chance to survive.”[8]
In his concluding chapter, Ehrlich offered a partial solution to the “population problem”:
“(We need) compulsory birth regulation... (through) the addition of temporary sterilants to water supplies or staple food. Doses of the antidote would be carefully rationed by the government to produce the desired family size”.[8]
Ehrlich’s views came to be accepted by many population control advocates in the United States and Europe in the 1960s and 1970s.[9] Since Ehrlich invoked the imagery of the “population bomb” overpopulation has been blamed for a variety of issues, including, increasing poverty, high unemployment rates, environmental degradation, famine and genocide.[10]
Ehrlich reviewed the predictions in his book The Population Bomb in a 2004 interview and the subsequent criticism that followed due to the specificity of the dates in his predictions.[11] He stated that some of his predictions did not occur, but noted that it was still “horrific” that 600 million people were very hungry and billions under-nourished or malnourished. He stated that his predictions about disease and climate change were correct.[11]
The Population Explosion was co-authored with Anne Ehrlich and published in 1990.
Ehrlich and his wife Anne have been praised for raising awareness of environmental matters and for bringing to public awareness issues regarding population, resources and environment, as well as making ecology a household word.[12]
