This video is up on the site of www.gamaliel.org. It was taken at a Democracy Day Action in Washington DC in 2008. Also on their website they have a picture of Obama and under it it says,

I would find this all comical rather than frightening were it not for the fact that Obama has done absolutely nothing to discourage the hero-worship.

To the contrary, he actively promotes it by way of a shameless verbal focus upon himself in lieu of substance, and also by his Administration's public use of iconic political imagery in place of traditional Presidential seals and symbols. Moreover, he has not attempted to dissuade others from such emotive expressions; witness his lack of response to the school childrens' song in New Jersey: by Obama's silence, one can only assume he approves.

I listened very carefully twice, without reading the captions, and it sounds like “Oh God” to me.

Some may be, but it is clear that most aren't by the fact that "Oh God" has to syllables while "Obama" has three syllables that is the number you can clearly hear. Also, a little over a minute in, the mic moves close to someone and the name Obama is very clear, no doubt.
