It must show that Judge Carter is not totally negative to Orly. That’s gotta be a good thing.

I hope she has some good attorneys helping her and pretty much running the case for her. This Judge Carter case may be her best chance. She needs to *focus* and restrain herself.

The judge I think has granted Orly 10 days to reply to the second so to speak reply of Obama side probably to the Motion to Dismiss.
