Neal Boortz: Race-based punishment in government schools (Tucson)
Nealz Nuze ^ | September 22, 2009 | Neal Boortz

At first I thought this article was a joke. I really thought that there was no way our government schools have gotten this bad. But I was wrong. Go figure.

The Tucson Unified School District has decided to implement a two-tiered system for student discipline. One tier will be for blacks and Hispanics ... and the other tier will be for everyone else.

The obvious conclusion is that the minorities are behaving worse, getting expelled and suspended more, so the race pimps trick up the system in their favor.

With the goal of creating a "restorative school culture and climate" that conveys a "sense of belonging to all students," the board is insisting that its schools reduce its suspensions and/or expulsions of minority students to the point that the data reflect "no ethnic/racial disparities."

"Discipline By Quota".

Moral to the story...

Never, ever, underestimate the stupidity and psychosis of modern-day liberals.

Some behavior will be met with strict penalties; some will not. It all depends on the color of the student's skin.

So does a dark skinned Black receive a different level of discipline then a light skinned Black?

And what about Albinos? Do they merit special attention?

I prefer to call most of them LEFTISTS.

And, trust me, I do NOT underestimate them.

I was reading about this yesterday in the Tucson paper. As near as I can tell, this is a Bill Ayers education policy special. That said, it seems to me this plan is designed to permit minority students to spend less time in school, therefore encouraging them to acquire less knowledge and skills, such as math, and to enjoy lower GPAs, than the non-minority students; in effect, a plan for keeping an ample supply of maids, yard workers and other minimum wage toilers available in Tucson. At the same time, the strict standards set for the non-minority students would encourage them to learn more, raise their GPAs, get into college, and live the American dream. I don’t think the “educators” bothered to think this through to its logical conclusion.

“Tucson Unified School District” should read “Tucson Unified Racial District”

TUSD is run by a moron, and the City Council’s collective IQ would fit in a thimble.

This is just a reflection of the double standard that already exists in the USA. Some people, by virtue of their certified victim status, are held to a lower standard than others.

If the great MLK were still alive today and still stuck tot he same ideals he had in the 60’s.

Yes. The last time I was there I couldn’t believe what I was reading in the newspaper. Definitely moron-centric.

It’s illegal and unconstitutional to do this, but apparently the race hucksters complained about the “disproportionate” number of minority people being disciplined, that they decided to give them an easier time and discipline more of the people who don’t commit crimes.

They proposed something like this in upstate NY so my guess is some race-huckster organization is rolling this out country wide. Make no mistake, you start with this nonsense in the schools, and eventually a 2 tier justice system shows up at your local police department and prison.
