That was a misquote. What this guy actually said was, "Babies aren't human until they are Socialists."
How have mentally diseased sickos like this been allowed into positions of power?
And, of course, the omnicompetent state will decide when someone (something? since they’re denying personhood) is “sufficiently socialized”.
Maybe the ability to do simple algebra will be taken as the standard of “sufficient socialization”?

These people are the same type of people who claimed that blacks were not full people, were more like cattle. Indeed, the party is the same party that fought against the Republicans who wanted abolition. They are the same people who fight to keep minority children in poor schools. So, why should it surprise anyone that they want to kill babies? They hate life...they are evil.
This administration is particularly hostile to unborn babies, the elderly sick, and taxpayers of all ages.

A supreme irony with this is that several studies purport to show that the later psychological life of the child can be influenced by her (his, etc.) experiences in the womb. For example, she knows her mother’s and father’s voices from others. So even the “socializable” criterion ought to rule out late term abortions.
Does he really want to go there?
