Scantily clad women all over my screen - it's a real problem (vanity but serious)

I'm at work, just checked my yahoo email, in the panel on the right are ads from some dating service, of course it's a full screen tall "tower add" with scantily clad sexpots on it. Then I go check our weather, it'a bra's this time on Accuweather, big ads too with girls in nothing but bra's, and this is how my day goes. I'm check my sites throughout the day at work and feel like I'm going to get nailed for being on illicit sites but these are mainstream sites, the ads the allow to run are border line porn. Is anybody else noticing this? Even at home when I check my email I don't want my kids to see those images, I was even reading a technical computer article and at the top was an add I would be embarrased to have my mom see and had to minimize the window when my son came over and it was a computer article? What the heck?
