Clearing the Smoke on Obama’s Eligibility: An Intelligence Investigator’s June 10 Report

Editors Note: In December ‘08 a retired CIA officer commissioned an investigator to look into the Barack Obama birth certificate and eligibility issue. On July 21, 2009 westernjournalism.com obtained a copy of the investigator’s report. Here is an unedited version of the report.

The Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii

I think that I now understand the legal background to the question of where Obama was born.

Let’s begin with the statement that Dr. Chiyome Fukino, the Director of the Hawaii Department of Health released on October 31, 2008. The television and print media used this statement as a reason to prevent and treat with contempt any investigation into whether Barack Obama was not born in Hawaii. But the language of the statement was so carefully hedged and guarded that it should have had the opposite effect.

“There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record. Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.”

It is understandable that after such an apparently definitive statement most news outlets, whether conservative or liberal, would accept this as sufficient grounds to relegate the controversy to the status of a fringe phenomenon. Unless they happened to take the trouble to look into the “state policies and procedures” as laid down by the relevant statutes. If they had done so, they would have seen that Dr. Fukino’s press release was carefully hedged and “lawyered” and practically worthless. But the media in general should not be faulted. The statement seems to roll out with such bureaucratic certainty and final authority. I believed it to be significant until a Honolulu attorney mailed me the relevant statutes. I was so surprised that I laughed out loud.

Yep..I saw that, but it doesn’t really bother me. Google started screening all of the WND articles when this stuff started hitting the MSM last week and putting the WND links at the ‘back of the bus’, so to speak. Perhaps now using this other website, WND can get some of the issues back out in front so people can understand both sides of this story. The MSM is certainly not bringing any truth to this story.

I’d like to see you try and use a newspaper birth announcement as convincing proof of your citizenship and get yourself a passport and/or driver’s license with it. They would laugh you out of the building.

.. the repeated references to State Department requirements for a passport take on a new significance in the light of the recognition, pointed out by an Israel Insider reader, that this "new" certificate of live birth is recorded as being photographed on March 12, 2008, and a contract employee of an Obama advisor -- allegedly a former CIA agent -- was caught breaking into Obama's passport files on March 14, 2008. Indeed, his passport file was looked at twice before--both times BEFORE this "certification of live birth" (not "certificate of birth," as FactCheck sloppily calls it) was photographed.

Langley is making every effort to overcome the total and massive distrust their Israeli colleagues have for Obama, whom they know is selling them down the Jordan River. So far though this effort is in words. The Israelis are waiting to see what Langley does.”

He said nothing. I smiled. “You guys wouldn’t be Langley’s cutout for thwarting BO regarding Israel, would you? I’d never suspect that…”

He continued to say nothing, gave me only a slight smile in return, and poured me another glass of wine. “The Bordeaux is good, yes?” I nodded.

WARNING: Let's not forget that Obama is a very powerful, clever, and smart politician.

My point is this: If some people in the Obama camp ever sense that a person is getting dangerously close to finding out what is on Obama's 1961 Hawaii long form birth certificate and/or what is in Obama's Occidental, Columbia, and Harvard records, that person could be putting himself and his family in a very dangerous situation.

So, remember, if Obama goes down, he is not going down without a fight, and Obama and his camp will try to destroy Obama's enemies along the way.

Yep..I read that just before I posted to you..(grin). Lots of liberal spin on the guy at Wiki. I don’t know that much about him and Wiki is nothing but another Obot tool these days. Who knows. All we do know is that Obama is hiding a whole bunch of stuff. It is disturbing beyond measure that that kid was killed and no reporter seems interested in getting to the bottom of it at all. I would not be a bit surprised if some folks at the CIA are not now leaking to the conservative press stuff that they were going to keep hidden(until Obama started acting like a tyrant).

The birth announcements are fraudulent as the Obamas never lived at that address.

The address listed, 6085 Kalanianaole Highway, was the residence of Orland Scott Lefforge, a Professor at UH at Manoa, Dept. of Speech, his wife Thelma, and their three children who were all under 7-years of age in 1961.

Professor Lefforge was a very liberal Democrat political activist and an assistant to Sen. Daniel Inouye in 1967. He died July 4, 2007 at the age of 91. His wife Thelma died June 12, 2008.

Their neighbor, who has lived at the address next door since the late 1950s, has acknowledged that the Obamas never resided next door.

Ten days from Thelma Lefforge’s death is plenty of time to cut, typeset, & paste a new birth announcement. The announcements were scanned and emailed by a librarian in Hawaii to a blogger named Lori and then to this blog [texasdarling.wordpress.com].

Not only are the announcements phony, but Obama’s student file (for kindergarten) at Hawaii’s education department is missing, presumed stolen. Why do I say it is stolen? It is the only one that is missing AND would contain a certified copy of his real birth certificate.

This is important to note: Professor Lefforge was a left-wing activist in Hawaii’s Democrat Party. This whole scenario has Democrat Party official’s fingerprints all over it.

They are desperate to keep the truth of Obama’s identity a secret.

No long form birth certificate to be released, a school record missing and phony birth announcements – many phony and missing documents means someone is hiding vital information.

I don’t believe this is all coincidence, not at all.
