Bottom line—blacks are so useless, so undependable, so ignorant, so undesirable as employees of any kind that only by employers being forced to hire them will they increase as a percent of the workforce. Well isn’t that what the Rooney Rule means??!!

The solution, say critics of the status quo: fully embrace the so-called “Rooney rule,” named after Pittsburgh Steelers owner Dan Rooney. The rule requires that NFL teams interview at least one minority prospect when filling head coaching jobs.

I hated this rule when they passed it to apply to new head coaching searches, loathed it when they expanded it to include general manager searches, and now despise it when race hustlers are trying to use it as an example and justification for overriding the will of the electorate.

No one gives a damn what your skin color is, It’s not like you had anything to do with picking who your parents were. Dr. King had it right, judge people by the content of their Character. I’m afraid some are sorely lacking in Character, that being said I too have a dream, that someone will get that Kenyan out of our White House. Not because of his skin color but because he is not an American citizen, and because he has way to many major Character flaws.
