Vice President Biden took a stab at Chief Justice John Roberts on Wednesday, one day after the chief justice flubbed the oath of office that President Obama was to recite at his inauguration.Biden was to swear in senior executive staff at a White House ceremony after having already given the oath to newly confirmed Cabinet secretaries. When Obama reminded him that he had only done the one group and hadn't done the second yet, Biden quipped, "My memory is not as good as Chief Justice Roberts."

Then again, Roberts did mess it up, all the same.

Biden quipped, “My memory is not as good as Chief Justice Roberts.”

Apparently not since he conveniently forgot his law class ranking and to attribute those lifted quotes.

Oh and that Chuck was in a wheelchair.

But then again, it was an accident and not intentional, like Biden’s cooment. Defending Biden, nice. Wrong site for that.

Years ago there was a comedic actor with a huge mouth named Joe E. Brown. Every time Biden starts bellowing and billowing Joe E. comes immediately to mind. I googled his image and tried to post it but couldn’t. If more people remembered the guy it would be a perfect nickname-Joe E. Biden.

I’m not supporting Biden, I’m still just a little upset that our “guy” Roberts embarrassed “us” by flubbing this short little duty. The oath would have easily fit on a notecard. I’m sure it did nothing for our image overseas.

Come on. It's a fair shot. Roberts flubbed it.

If we laugh at Biden, we have to be able to laugh at our own side as well.

Biden never fails to step in it.
His first wife turned in front of an innocent truck driver, killing her and one of their kids.

To this day, he still repeats that the truck driver, now deceased, was “drinking his lunch”.

What a POS.

Maybe its just his near term memory that’s slipping. He recalled that people were watching tv during the Great Depression without even a moment’s hesitation, and that Roosevelt was the President then.

I’ve noticed that Obamabots are really big on this “Roberts fault” thing. I think they are trying to avoid any “Obama is an idiot” criticism that they managed to stick to Bush so effectively.

Roberts mistake came after Obama talked over him, and was followed by Obama mumbling/leaving out a word in the next line.

If 3 verbal mistakes were made by Bush, only 1 being the fault of the presiding Judge, think the MSM would report only the Judges mistake and not Bush’s?

Roberts didn’t flub it. Bambi started to repeat the words before Roberts had finished, Obama stopped, then Roberts stopped, then prompted Obama and they lost the place where they had been. So Obama probably doesn’t want a lot of attention called to that.

You be the judge:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=274_VdeckAU

Obama jumped in too fast on the first line at :40. Then Roberts put “faithfully” in wrong spot starting at :47. Then Obama mumbles “And will to...best” at 1:00 instead of “And will to THE best”.

Picky, sure, but since Obamas flubbing of the oath is only being blamed on Roberts by the MSM and DUmmies, I thought actually listening to it and deciding for ourselves might be a better idea.
