Republican Commissars Warning: By joining this ping list, you may be subjected to the delusional rants and ramblings of McCainiacs, of "moderate" Republicans, of pragmatic conservatives resigned to voting for the lesser of two Democrats, and of countless GOP shills who simply want to meet a new overlord. |

When I ran for city counsel my slogan was “Community First”.
Didn’t work for me either.

I’ll never forget the day McLAME wone ONE primary after losing many before that one, and the media proclaimed him the winner of it all.
I knew we were hosed right then.
The one and only good thing he ever did in the campaign was pick Palin.

enator McCain described the new organization as an effort to "better define our Republican ideals
McCain and other Republican leaders have very clearly defined Republican ideals by moving the party to the socialist left to expand the voter base.

I can’t speak my true feelings toward Senator McCain without indulging in an expletive-laden tirade that would surely earn me at the very least a suspension of my posting privileges from this fine forum.

"McCain is so out of sync with grassroots Republicans on many important issues ..."
The problem is that the RNC is also so out of sync with the grassroots Republicans.
The 2006 losses of the House and Senate can't be blamed on McCain. Those are because of the out-of-touch Republican leadership.
The 2008 nomination of McCain and subsequent loss represents further that the Republican leadership is out of sync with the grassroots.
Unless and until the Republican leadership realize that and adjust accordingly, the GOP is destined to wander in the wilderness of politicial minority status for 40 years or so.

No thanks Johnny. You basically campaigned for 0 the last month of the election and you threw Sarah under the bus after YOU lost. What kind of “leader” does that to his own running mate. That's what she gets for putting up with your...?

McCain was ALWAYS part of the problem, not the solution..
McCain was ALWAYS far to interested in being liked by Democrats and the Media..
McCain's eqo thrived for all the wrong reasons....
Hell - the only reason he had the life experience to become a “hero”, was earned primarily because of his family connections in the Navy which prevented him from being scrubbed as a pilot and the fact he was too inattentive a pilot to avoid a SAM missile.
This country has far better men to lead..... Time to throw out the old failed insiders...
