Freedom of speech only applies when you what someone else WANTS you to say...
So they won’t say what they said exactly, only that it is bad enough to suspend them. Wonderful.

It doesn't say what the "insensitive" language was. If it truly were bad, they would have told us. The students probably said something true, like that Obama wouldn't have won if he were white.
Hmmm, no quotations of the ‘insensitive’ language? Maybe it was just something like “What a moron, the only way the government can afford to give healthcare to everybody is to give them the power to tell you when to die.”

The 1st amendment does not apply inside schools. There’s plenty of case law to back that up.
