PRUDEN: Marching toward a dark river

Since the Obama phenomenon has no precedent in American politics, we must look to folk tales to understand it.

How could a man with no record, no experience, no known convictions and no known core beliefs so mesmerize the millions to turn themselves, their children and their country over to a man armed only with neatly pressed pants, a good shoeshine and a seductive voice? We don't even get the salesman's smile.

The Pied Piper of Hyde Park is clearly the direct descendant of the Pied Piper of Hamelin. Both share the gift of what a fully credentialed psychology professor calls "a unique ability to identify with children." The early piper lured the children of Hamelin to their deaths in the river when the burghers refused to pay him for ridding their village of rats. Robert Browning tells the story:

The answer to this 'phenomenon' is as easy as this: Obama is appealing to the illegal aliens, the uneducated, the misinformed, the Leftist Radicals and to the Black race, all of whom are much more populace today than ever before. Add to this fact that the mass media are whoring for Obama and ignoring their traditional journalistic practice of fairness to both sides, then the sense of "phenomenon" quickly becomes a word that, for some assinine reason, has become associated with irrationality; that word is CONSPIRACY.

Just as Marx wrote many decades ago, Socialism/Communism can be accomplished through:

* re-education of a nation's young in government schools,

* a mass media falsely reporting the 'news',

* misrepresenting religion as an antagonist of government rather than an aid to good government, which creates grounds to suppress it's public expression, and *

* inculcating the communist philosophy into Christian theology and hammering at it from the pulpits.

In many black Protestant 'churches' in North America it is called "black liberation theology", in many Catholic Churches in South America it is simply called "Liberation theology", (something which Pope JPII roundly condemned). Liberation theology attempts to blend socialism with Christianity, with the theory that the early Christians threw their money into a pot and shared it with their community. But they coveniently forget to tell the people that nobody was forcing these Christians to pay up into that community pot, and also that they were largely all poor people who, oh Heaven forbid today, actually were helping each other by toiling for pay. That is not a welfare system at all, nor is it socialism, it was a beaten down, persecuted people trying to survive by working and helping one another until the persecution was over and each could fend for himself, or until they were killed for practicing Christianity.

In short, Obama is cake walking through this election because a great many people have, for a great many years, been working tirelessly to turn Americans into the kind of mindless robots who would follow just about any slick speaker willing to give a host of false promises to them. Obama is really just a puppet for others who are pulling the strings, and he will find out soon enough that those who paved the way for his "success" will step on him when he's no longer needed. The media made him, and because of his past and present associations with racists, islamofacists, domestic terrorists, convicted felons, anti-Americans, etc., the media will easily destroy him simply by reporting, over and again, what they have been suppressing.

But the question is, 'will America ever be the same again' after Obamination destroys it'?.

Personally, I can envision Obama relaxing our security rules and more nuclear secrets being stolen by our enemies. I can see obama gutting our military, setting the stage for military defeat in some strategic place in the world. I can see Obama creating a police state to enforce his grossly unpopular plans,(especially once his dupes discover what he was really up to...SOCIALISM), as Russia did while forming their communist empire, and as hitler did with Germany, and as Musolini did in Italy. Watch.
