About damn time! I have been talking to my tv screen for weeks about the fact that if this had been anything other than a “minority” community activist organization, RICO charges would have already been filed.

Also ask that Obama present that birth certificate, and to verify if he was born in Kenya, or Hawaii,,,otherwise we could be electing an illegal alien...that’s a national security issue, is it not?
Now, if they would just file one on the Democratic Party, they will get the lion’s share of those who participate.

This means nothing in terms of the election, since it appears only to be a civil suit by individual plaintiffs (although I could be wrong about that).
In any case, the election will have come and gone before ACORN’s attorneys even have to file an answer to the complaint, which most likely will be a motion to dismiss anyway.
Assuming the case goes forward, the repercussions will not be obvious until President Obama is well ensconced in the Oval Office. And by that time, the media and the Obama Justice Department will not find it difficult to make the whole thing go away in the public mind. And the weakened minority Republican Party will have neither the votes nor the credibility to do anything about it.
By the time he gets around to showing it, it will be a fake one. I am sure he has people working on it as we speak. If he has family who say he was born in Kenya and not in Hawaii, why is this not worldwide news?

Rush just had a guest on that explained why ACORN is trying to register so many false voters. I always wondered how that could help the Libs, now I know.
When the polls close, the polling places end up with a bunch of unused ballots because ACORN registered phony people. The Libs have their goons volunteer at the polling place, and the goons just fill out the stacks of unused ballots for Obama and stick them in the ballot box.
Only a sick looser liberal Democrat would come up with such a scam.

All of the media , including FoxNews, have boards of Directors and you would be surprised who owns them, and whose on the board; are not allowed to discuss this as it is a case not yet settled. However, it is possibly a crime, and the Justice Dept. owes the American people an investigation prior to election.
It goes a LONG way to explaining how CLOSE elections somehow magically end up with a DEMOCRAT winning doesn’t it? But it takes the cooperation of lawyers, judges, and corrupt polling place officials to carry it off.
