This could actually work to our advantage. Yes, Paul ran as a republican, but most who voted for him were the young Internet crowd. After he dropped out, they went for Obama. (I know, logically it makes little sense to go from Paul to Obama, but it’s all about being anti-war and trendy.) I think Ron Paul would take more votes from Obama than McCain.

My nineteen year old son was for Ron Paul, and then went for Obama after Paul dropped out.

He'll like vote Ron Paul, if Paul is on the ballot (if, that is, he manages to make it to the polling place at all that day ;).

Some did go to Obama, others to McCain and were helped along that route by Palin. Others support Barr, others Baldwin.

If he does run, certainly the media, if they mention him at all, will paint him as a conservative.

If Ron Paul continues to focus on the anti-war foreign policy, he could take more votes from Obama.

The crowd who went to Obama from Ron Paul really weren't in favor of Ron Paul's victory anyway...they would have hated his conservative platform, and they jumped on for just the anti-war part.

The only one I know is my son's 40 year old long haired guitar teacher, that still spends his weekends in bars laying with his rock band.

He was leaving the country if Ron Paul did not win....I am still waiting....
