Today the campaign of presumptive Democratic Party nominee Barack Obama, (D-Ill) released sketchy details of their proposed "Civilian Security Force" to the press. Although he made this statement on July 2, 2008, no more information has been made public regarding this startling revelation despite almost nonexistent media pressure to do so:
"We cannot continue to rely on our military to achieve the national security objectives we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded". Barack Obama, July 2, 2008.
Through an anonymous spokesperson, it was stated, "The force will be responsible to ensure domestic tranquility and to pre-emptively secure threats to the government. Although it will be comprised of individuals 20-45, there will be individuals in training, ages 12-19 who will be able to step directly into the force when they come of age."
When pressed further, the spokesperson also said, "Uniforms are being designed and we have enlisted the aid of one of Germany's top fashion designers to assist us with this effort. All we can say is the Obama logo will be prominently displayed and the shirts will be blue with matching berets."
Several MSNBC employees were jubilant at this news and reported severe tingling in both legs and other extremities. Said one, "Hey, when you're us, you take any kind of thrill you can get."

As always the case- with Obama you have to be careful- until the part about the German fashion designer I would have believed every word- satire never entered my mind!

When I was younger and still living in Nicaragua, we had one of those, we called them “Piricuacos”, they were basically bullies that would watch every move any citizen made and if that move was not to par with the leftist government they were out to the army, out of a job, or out of breath. There have been equivalents in every communist government, and in WW2 Germany too, they were called SS.
Gosh...That Obama is really pushing it here.

The fact that ‘recruits’ are ostensibly screened for criminal records notwithstanding, it sounds like a Boy’s Ranch for juvenile offenders.

I used to live in the outskirts of the capital and every time a patrol car or army truck showed up all teenage boys would be hidden by their parents if not the Piricuacos or Army would take them. You didn’t necessarily have to do anything wrong to be singled out.
