About a month ago.
Yeah, he just sort of stumbles, give a chuckle and then returns to his teleprompter ASAP. He didn’t even have a snappy comeback or address the hecklers in any way. Dork. Even Hillary did way better when confronted.
Goodness gracious, this is really pathetic! If it weren’t so scary it would be hilarious.

Obama’s technique when his head empties is to start talking to the audience as if someone there is suddenly calling out to him.

It’s so obvious he’s searching for a thought and trying to buy time.
Some 527 should put together all of Obama’s stumble fumbles in one ad.
It would be hilarious.
It would be real helpful if the MSM asked him what happened?
But then, the MSM is on HIS side.
He seems to stutter quite a bit, which is surprising for anyone in public life.

How dare you! Algonquin J. Obama* has been sent to us as The One by some Celestial HR Department. The fact that he was tongue-tied responding to a room-temperature IQ 'd citizen merely proves that the Holy Ghost is not always available ... even to Prophets like Mr. Obama. It is now obvious. In political life in America, as in business at the corporate level, ability counts for less than the HR Department's need to "make its EEOC numbers."
