There’s a reason you separate military and the police. One fights the enemies of the state, the other serves and protects the people. When the military becomes both, then the enemies of the state tend to become the people.

wait til it hits 95 degrees this weekend.
I sure hope Obama doesn’t break a fingernail or nick himself shaving in the next few days. Troops will definitely be needed!

How can Chicago be so violent? Doesn't that city have one of the strictest gun laws in the country?
Oh wait a minute... all the CRIMINALS have the guns right?

Way to keep those guns off the streets, Daley. Chicago is already one of the most heavily policed cities in the country, and now they need even more?
Something ain’t working. Wonder what it could be?
To: Sub-Driver
But what inquiring minds really want to know is...has the use of unnecessary force been approved?

Wait, who’s that guy in the cape?
Why it’s YoBombo!
He’s on his way.
He’ll take care of everything.
No need for troops.

It would stop overnight if they repealed their Stalinist gun laws, and restored the 2nd back to it's rightful place...

Somehow, I don’t think the gangsters are going to take on the National Guard. They will just make themselves scarce for a while.
What is really needed here is some skilled detectives, not squads of heavily-armed troops.
