Is this the socialization that homeschoolers are missing? ( Just wondering?)
Also...Forget any First Amenmdnent Right to free association and assembly. This girl will likely continue in school, and the government will **force**other children to her to "assemble" with her. Someone's kid will be sitting next to her.
Government schools, the First Amendment, and freed assembly are utterly incompatible. They are an abomination!

Interesting that we never hear of home-schooled kids getting pregnant.

Don’t worry. A USC college student who murdered two of her newborn innocent babies will be getting off with 30 days time served today.

Tragic.
What kind of relationship would a girl have to have with her parent/s to do such a thing?

Yeah, I know ... forget about the baby and his “tragic event”. Forget natural shock and disgust.

A tragedy all around. We don't know the home situation that would make her that scared to turn to her parental unit (vagueness and singular intentional). Note that the nurse did not notice the pregnancy so this child had to deal with 9 months of "what am I going to do?" if in fact she knew she was pregnant. Seems likely that no one taught her respect for life and instilled a moral code such that she'd recoil from doing what she did. No church, no God, no parenting. All that comes before one blames the school.

"Please remember that this is a 14-year-old child who has experienced a tragic event," he wrote in a statement. Not quite as tragic as having her head smashed, mouth stuffed with toilet paper, and forcefully held underwater until she dies, kind of tragic.........

Yes. All public school children do this. Thankfully, you have chosen the only moral path for your kids, because like all publicly educated kids, they would turn out murderous if you didn’t.
There are no good kids in public school. None. It may well be that your kids are the only good ones on this earth, so feel good about that!

Yes of course. Murdering your child with your bare hands is quite tragic.

I believe these are the
the evolving standards of decency that mark the progress of a maturing society that Justice Kennedy referred to in the child rape case.

Looking at all the comments here.... I’m wondering too about the poor girl who must have found this baby in the toilet. She must be having nightmares every night. Poor thing.
