We'll be grabbing sound bites of this for our "vote Republican" ads in October!I admire your enthusiasm.......
I don't have the same confidence in the GOP....these days.

They can legislate anything they want and if it means making sure “Evil Oil” can’t get a hold of any supplies they will do it. They may not make law prohibiting from doing business in Iraq but they can make it so cumbersome to get started that no one wants to.

Democrats want to force us to give up our SUVS, live without air-conditioning, get laid-off our jobs and ride public transportation. If they don't get you in the womb, they try to kill you off later by other means.

The Democrats have accused the Republicans of "going to war to steal Iraq's oil." Now, as in other instances, the Democrats are taking steps to create exactly the harm they accuse the Republicans of.
That, plus the fact that Chucky Shumer wants to get on TV again, seems to explain this stupidity.

The Rats want another Civil War in the US because they feel it will weaken the US to such an extent that it becomes a total Universal society with everyone from Africa to China taking over our infrastructure. They want the US to become the World’s Welfare Child.

Chucky, I realize you haven't been paying attention but Iraq is a sovereign nation and can award contracts to whomever they want.Sounds almost like... Blood for Oil

When did Congress take over the sovereign Nation’s right to deal with international companies? They’re putting this out there as a ‘national security’ issue in the theory that it could harm our troops. It seems that more investment in jobs and infrastructure would act as a stabilizing agent.

The day will come, remember that they estimated only one third of Americans supported the Revolutionary War.

Chucky has this idea that Iraq is a colony. At the same time he doesn't want America to have more oil.And at the same time, he doesn't want American troops defending the colony . . . maybe he should sue to get the supreme court to overrule Iraq! < / sarcasm >

Actually, decades of a govt school system with the goal of “teaching” students to feel good about their ignorance, indoctrination substituting for education, and telling students what to think, vice teaching them how to think (thus insuring “Proper” response to key words and tricky phrases) will do nicely to ensure democrats elections.
The founding fathers were right, in order for any system of self government to succeed, the populace must be both moral and educated. Sadly, todays population seems to have forgotten that (or were never taught it).
