According to Barack Obama, Gianna Jessen shouldn't exist.
Miss Jessen is an exquisite example of what antiabortion advocates call a "survivor." Well into her third trimester of pregnancy, Gianna's biological mother was injected with a saline solution intended to induce a chemical abortion at a Los Angeles County abortion center. Eighteen hours later, and precious minutes before the abortionist's arrival, Gianna emerged. Premature and with severe injuries that resulted in cerebral palsy. But alive.
Had the abortionist been present at her birth, Gianna would have been killed, perhaps by suffocation. As it was, a startled nurse called an ambulance, and Gianna was rushed to a nearby hospital, where, weighing just two pounds, she was placed in an incubator, then, months later, in foster care.
Gianna survived then, and thrives now, because, as she told me recently with a laugh, "I guess I don't die easy." Which is what the abortionist might have thought as he signed his victim's birth certificate. Gianna's medical records state that she was "born during saline abortion."
As an Illinois state senator, Barack Obama twice opposed legislation to define as "persons" babies who survive late-term abortions. Babies like Gianna. Mr. Obama said in a speech on the Illinois Senate floor that he could not accept that babies wholly emerged from their mother's wombs are "persons," and thus deserving of equal protection under the Constitution's 14th Amendment.
A federal version on the same legislation passed the Senate unanimously and with the support of all but 15 members of the House. Gianna was present when President Bush signed the Born Alive Infants Protection Act in 2002.

The young woman sat in the doctor’s office waiting room and cuddled the 6 month-old boy in her lap. Soon she was escorted to an exam room.
The doctor finally came in, smiled, sat down, glanced at her file and asked “Mrs. Jones, what brings you here today?”

Shocked, she blurted, “What are you going to do?”
“Why, we’ll simply kill THIS baby.”
Clutching her son to her breast, she leapt to her feet and shouted “You MONSTER!”
The doctor paused, then spoke.
“Mrs. Jones, the only difference between your proposal and mine is that one baby is IN your lap and the other is ON you lap and, therefore, much easier to get at.”
She ran from the room, his words ringing in her ears.
Is abortion the killing of a human being?
Not according to NARAL and the other radical feminist gangs who require that abortion continue to be available to them as a last resort birth control method to allow them to persist in their sexually promiscuous lifestyle.
And not according to the Democrat presidential candidate.
I’ll believe it’s NOT a human being when a woman gives birth to a chicken, hog or a tree.
Barack obama has stated that he’s in favor of abortion — indeed, late term abortion, and baby aborted alive infanticide — because he doesn’t want his daughters “punished” by an unwanted pregnancy.
The hypocrisy here is that had abortion been legal in the US at the time Barack Sr. of Kenya impregnated Miss Stanley Ann Dunham in Hawaii (when Barack Sr. was already married to another woman), Barack Jr. might well have been aborted and would not be here to devil us with his extreme proposals.
Do you suppose that he has thought about this and has ever considered himself as “punishment” to his mother or grandparents?

What an appalling story. I have always said - some day history will view abortion just as we now view past practices such as slavery or witch burning. People will ask - what kind of human beings have permitted, not to mention encouraged, such a thing.
I wouldn't be surprised if he did. He was probably told by his mother that she should have been able to abort him. I know a girl who says "I should have been aborted" just because she grew up poor. Pro-abort people are messed up that way. Self-loathing and misanthropic.
