If they choose to boycott this production and are successful, it will make the movie producers reluctant to make such productions in the future, adversely impacting the careers of individuals like this, who will still be able to market their sordid product to that small assortment of misanthropes who concur with their peculiar worldview.

Skirting my intent? What does that even mean? I'm simply talking about how things are done. If it's a flop, the blame won't be placed on the author of the story. The story was judged good enough to make into a motion picture. If the picture flops (as the books have not), it'll be the treatment by the film studio, not the story. And the books are not sordid by any means.

Staring me right in the face! Excellent! (In the Broadway version, it was the lady that that played “Mrs. Bucket” on “Keeping up Appearances” the Brit-com.)

His personal views are, in my opinion, so sordid as to taint his works.

Some critics probably will push it because they agree with the anti-Christian message.

Also, along with the reviews there are a lot of "Nicole Kidman Shines in New Film -- How She Survived Divorce From Tom and Keith's Addiction" articles.

Some people are going to think those are positive reviews, when they're just PR for Nicole and the movie.

I was almost tricked myself.

On the Narnia RPG, here’s what happened (according to my friend in the industry):

“It was called DRAGON RAID. A Very Christian RPG. AT the time many religious groups dumped on the creator, a minister and then his storhouse Garage was mysteriously burned down. It was a BEAUTIFUL Product. Very dense. Can still find them occasionally.”

I guess you’ll need to watch eBay.
