Global Warming Freaks.
"KKR is interested in breaking up and selling off pieces of TXU. Building power plants was never part of their process."
Interesting. Now pretending otherwise they can earn carbon credits.
Might as well get used to all of the droning and buzzing. It's going to start getting louder now that manbearpig got his oscar for his mockumentary.
And to think that our tax dollars are paying this assclown's salary.

I would really smile if President Bush went to New Mexico and stated that henceforth the country would mine the clean coal in a small part of the Escalente National Monument grounds. IIRC it is one of only two places in the world with significant reserves of an especially clean burning coal. The other is in Indonesia, controlled by ex42's patron, Riady. Most people have no idea about ex42'2 exclusion to mining.
The jerks are getting ready to try and shut wood burners down here in the Bay Area..
The Green Atom!
Another useful idiot being used by and (unwittingly perhaps) working for our enemies.
Go Nuklar you wingnuts!
To his credit, Hansen does seem to consistently call for more nuclear power as one alternative to coal. Unlike some of his fellow travelers, he doesn't seem to want the US to adopt a stone age culture to reduce CO2. (Of course, he's still a nutter for believing in faerie tales!)
Global warming was invented by enemies of America because we sit on massive coal deposits.
Ergo, it is a convenient theory to damage the USA economically.
Nothing more, nothing less.

It's already happened in some areas.
Just one question, Dr. Hanson: are you proposing that we build a comparable output via nuclear power plants, or are you one of the moonbats that wants to do without? Axing the coal-fired plants without offering a solution is simply irresponsible.
...and their criteria for the ranking of "Global Warming Scientists" is...?
...probably how deeply they believe in anthropogenic Global WarmingTM
Bingo. And worth the paper they're printed on, too.
Whoever he is, his scientific objectivity is gone.
Good post. If Hansen wants some street cred, he ought to propose nuclear plants.
But it still won't help much since China is building coal plants faster than we could shut them down.
A simple solution to all the green
house gases is building nuclear plants...no CO2 emissions.
I GOT IT! Use LIGHTING BUGS!!!!
