I believe this is true for leftists in all democracies. The left truly opposes patriotism, capitalism, free markets and freedom. But, they cannot acknowledge that to voters because they would lose elections if voters knew they wanted to rule to obsession.

By definition, capitalism and free markets oppose government control of citizens and business. The left can't have that happen because they lose the power they want.

From my standpoint every time the WMD argument comes up I point to all the US interviews Gen. Georges Sada(Sadaam's former Air Force Gen.) did shortly after he wrote his book.
He documented time and again how two gutted planes, a 707 and 747, flew over 50 missions into Damascus from Iraq loaded with WMD's. They are today supposedly buried in Syria and Lebanon.

Anyway to infer there were no WMD's is a true insult to what we know.Good to see you stop by EC!

It is a false argument- built on lies and sound bites serving political purposes at the expense of our security- all for power and money- and not a DAMN thing to do with patriotism, right and wrong, or "support" of our troops.

What I find extraordinary is that they seem to think that Black People cannot be prejudiced against black People. They are clueless, can they spell COndi? OSama Obama is only half black, and he is "bright" complected so there are factions that will favor him for being "bright", and factions that will be prejudiced against him because he is so much "brighter" than they are. Lighter COmplected Blacks are usually, but not always dissing on really darker blacks (like Clarence Thomas), but they all cannot be pigeonholed and the Media is trying to do that. They just need to shut up and realize that whatever your background or pedigree, what we prefer is not always looked upon as right by others, and everyone has their preferences which are not necessarily bad, it is normal. They are trying to make Blacks untouchable which takes them away from the Normal everyday person, and they are not. I think this proves what they do not like to see, that Blacks just like Whites or anyone else are not monolithic. They are more normal than the Rat DC DBM wants them to be. That is very sad....

I don't know why Fox would have to pay anything since they did not advise or condone his personal behavior. Perks of the Job? It could have been much worse.
