My $10 says when the guy saw she was pregnant, he developed the conscience. I'd guess the same thing, especially with the holidays approaching.
Especially since he could have called her with the same information rather than invading her bedroom.

So, he's really a warnman.

So, he's really a warnman. Yeah, I like that. Fear the warnman, for he tells tales of woe, and what may be. Nay, fear the warnman, never more.

May God grant that she continue to give the same gift to her unborn child.

You must be an accountant.

Yet you have Doctors killing babies by the thousands daily in the United States. Not much difference to me other than the mother isn't killed as well.
We're surrounded by evil in many shapes and forms. However, I believe time is on our side regarding the issue of abortion. The relentless march of technology and better education of what's really going on in the womb will eventually sweep away all the pre-conceived notions that this is just a 'clump of cells' or some 'unviable tissue mass' as the butchers from Planned Parenthood or NARAL would have you believe.
They're on the losing side of history, and they know it.

Methinks this will make one heckuva movie of the week.
There's not enough here to know if the guy was a "hit man" or some down and out dude the guy solicited thinking he'd do anything for a dollar. Either way, he did the right thing.
Now, what I'd love, simply because I'm a perverse contrarian, is if the "hit man" were an illegal alien and the guy assumed that he was a criminal and open to doing murder based simply on that fact.
Of course, if that were the case, it would be item number one in the story. In fact, I'm betting that this guy is a card carrying Republican white guy, based on the fact that no ethnicity or party affiliation is mentioned.

I seem to remember that breaking and entering is still a crime. The husband (homeowner) helped the man enter the home. That's not breaking and entering.

The husband (homeowner) helped the man enter the home. That's not breaking and entering. True. I didn't consider that he might have given him permission and a key.
