Whew, and here I was worried they might be able to drop something from a plane..... or even fly something really big to another country like Iran. But, that would only worry me if they had anything to drop or of interest to another SATANIC cult country like Iran.
I have a feeling the US will be tracking shipments on their own. They will board ships that are suspicious, as they have in the past.

Ha ha. China is afraid of NK collapsing and all the refugees clammering there for food. Oh, THEY know the implications of NK disintegration. But they helped create this monster, time to feed the piper. Maybe they are afraid of their country's disintegration, or at least taking all the wal-mart jobs.
In NK, except for the elite, and even some of them, it's lights out at Sundown. TV carries all Little Kim all the time, so no TV is actuallly a reward.
I think that's a sanction already imposed on the people of NK by Kim.
No one should be surprised by this.
