Russia and China are our enemies. North Korea is China's pawn. They can feign annoyance with Mr. Kim all they want, but when the rubber hits the road, NK is doing exactly what China wants it to do.

My FRiend, the simple fact that you are here on FreeRepublic indicates that you can not possibly be naive enough to think that either of these two countries are our friends. To back-stab indicates that the offending party was trusted.
China still officially lists the US and an enemy of the State. Russia is not now, nor have they ever been our friend.
They are not backstabbing, they are simply supporting an old friend - North Korea.
WE are the foolish ones if we expected anything else.

OK, then I say we lay an import tarrif / withhold aid with any country that supplies arms to NK, and then expects to trade with us.
