Understand something. The people doing the leaking are career people, GS rankers, placed there by the Clintons long ago. They can't be gotten rid of. That's the genius of what the Clintons did back in the nineties.

Be Seeing You,

Chris

It seems to me that someone would have brought this up before the 9/11 commission

It seems to me that with all the documents the 9/11 commission had .. someone would have known about this so called meeting

But Woodward makes a claim and everyone jumps

This book is nothing but another hit piece to get Rummy fired

All this blabber... who cares.. Clinton had 8 years to deal with terror and he didn't whatever he says with the wagging finger is a lie additionally, Berger stole documents from the National Archives that implicated the Clinton Administration could have done more about Bin Laden. So until they all come clean about what they knew and didn't know.. then we can all suppose what happened but the bottom line is we are at war with the terrorists not with each other like the Dems want us to be. America will see through it eventually.

The President can fire anyone he choses to fire.
It may not set well with the Washington crowd. But he has the power as executive to do about anything he wants to do.

As in the case of Sandy Burglar, he choses to do very little to stop the undermining going on.

You can blame the media, but the buck basically stops with the administration in office. There are many ways to do it. You can shift these people out of sensitive job areas...etc.

"The President can fire anyone he choses to fire."

No the President can only fire political appointees, not everyone. That is the law.

"It may not set well with the Washington crowd. But he has the power as executive to do about anything he wants to do."

The courts have ruled in cases like this, and they rule against the administration. It is not simply a "Washington crowd" thing.

"As in the case of Sandy Burglar, he choses to do very little to stop the undermining going on."

This was in the venue of the courts. It is part of why it is so very important to get good judges to adjudicate.

"You can blame the media, but the buck basically stops with the administration in office. There are many ways to do it. You can shift these people out of sensitive job areas...etc."

Yes, and those people who are moved can sue and the courts can decide to put them right back where they were with the ability to create more problems.

Don't blame others.

It was Bush's justice department that let all the Clintonista's off including Sandy Burglar.

If you can't fire them, shift them out of sensitive areas.

You got it?

You got it?

Yeah, I got it that you once again do not know of what you speak.

If you can't fire them, shift them out of sensitive areas.

Bush actually tried this; they are civil servants and Congress said NO>

Got it?

I was waiting for your name calling to start.

The congress, senate and president can change any law they chose to change.

Why did the administration let Sandy burglar off with a wrist slap?

Foley may end up going to jail, yet Sandy Burglar goes free. Whats up with that?
