The President can fire anyone he choses to fire.
It may not set well with the Washington crowd. But he has the power as executive to do about anything he wants to do.

As in the case of Sandy Burglar, he choses to do very little to stop the undermining going on.

You can blame the media, but the buck basically stops with the administration in office. There are many ways to do it. You can shift these people out of sensitive job areas...etc.

"The President can fire anyone he choses to fire."

No the President can only fire political appointees, not everyone. That is the law.

"It may not set well with the Washington crowd. But he has the power as executive to do about anything he wants to do."

The courts have ruled in cases like this, and they rule against the administration. It is not simply a "Washington crowd" thing.

"As in the case of Sandy Burglar, he choses to do very little to stop the undermining going on."

This was in the venue of the courts. It is part of why it is so very important to get good judges to adjudicate.

Yes, and those people who are moved can sue and the courts can decide to put them right back where they were with the ability to create more problems.
