"He called me and said this is as close to a win as we're ever going to get. And we need to get out now. And if we don't get out now, we're looking at another Vietnam."
If that's true then sounds like a discharge to me. What else is the creep overseas saying. If he wants to come home to the corporate world where no one says thank you so be it. Whatta wuss.
Washington, Lincoln, Roosevelt, Truman; they all had to deal with the moonbats, they just dealt with them properly.
Time for a decent Congress Critter to put up a bill that insists that the troops get out of Iraq in 6 months- regardless of any circumstances. A bill that clearly states that the militant terrorists have oly six months to lay low, and then we are outta Dodge and they can come in and create the very terrorist state that our brave soldiers WENT INTO IRAQ to PREVENT from forming there....
let Boxer go on record voting for it....
CHESSMATE...YOU WITCH!
LOL! Or CHECKmate even....
need another beer...
;-)
She indeed does have some qualifications; she knows how to get around federal law. According to FEC records, in 2003 her husband on the same day wrote two $1,750 checks, one under the name Stuart, the under under the name Stewart, to get around that pesky $2,000 per candidate limit of individual campaign contributions. She paid her son $130,000 on her campaign committee after critizing Tom Delay for hiring members of his family.
I want to add Baghdad McDermott, Cantwell, and Murray to that list.
Ms. Boxer is NUTS. Her resolution is felony stupid.
The Senate should jump on that vote right away.
Hey Kaliforniyay! My little boxer has more guts than your boxer
(And dare I say, is mucho better looking too!)
Box-a-Rox just hates the fact that our Military/Bush has won this thing. Tough to have to admit you were wrong eh Babs? The Iraqis are already taking over.
Pray for W and Our Freedom Fighters
Stop and think about it. Most Americans are getting tired of us being in Iraq. Is she too stupid to realize that if we are able to bring our troops home, honorably, by year's end that would take a big campaign issue away from the Dems.
The libs would crap down both legs if Bush did bring the troops home.
Ann Russler's son Michael was in the army's 82nd airborne during all three Iraqi elections.
"He called me and said this is as close to a win as we're ever going to get. And we need to get out now. And if we don't get out now, we're looking at another Vietnam."
He may be a fine soldier but I doubt he's a strategist.
Additionally, I wonder if that was exactly what he said. I am sure their is some spin here somewhere. He probably said, "Damn, it sure was hot as he!! overthere everyone is hoping to be home by Winter." or something like that.
But Frist should put a vote to motion to show how anti-American Boxer is. But if she decided to vote to extend the mission then she's a big hypocrite.
