Greetings Prayer Warriors,

A few years ago, I requested your prayers for a local police officer who was afflicted with testicular cancer, and your prayers were answered, and Clint came home.

Now he is going through other medical problems which require your prayers.

I'm quoting from my SKYPE chat with Clint:

[9:57:04 PM] Clint Campbell says: well the tests showed a couple of differnt things, one of them, (which is the reason i am kinda dizzy) is a disease called Hemochromotosis..... My body is making large amounts of IRON, which can cause some major problems.... So i am going through what they call INTENSE phlebotomy right now... They took a large amount of blood from me, on top of some medicine and it all made me kind of weak

[9:59:19 PM] Clint Campbell says: well the lung issue is cause of the BLEOMYCIN TOXICITY, which has caused pulmonary fibrosis toxicity... The Hemochromotosis, is cause my body just happens to make way too much iron, which can cause organ failure

[10:01:40 PM] Clint Campbell says: the pulmonary problem : Not really, and what i mean by that is this, the damage that is done is done, there is no medicine, pills or anything that can repair..... The hemochromotosis, they are getting that into control with the treatments, and once under control, I will have a lifelong process of getting the same thing done 4 to 6 times a year, (but at least not every week like i will do for about the next 3 months)

Hemochromotosis runs in my family, my brother and 2 uncles have it. It sucks. You have to literally have your blood replaced a couple of times a year, it is very painful too because it causes gout. But, the good news is, it is controllable. Hemochromotosis also has a lot of support groups and funding groups to help pay for the treatments, FReep Mail me and I can pass on more information on how to contact those groups.

May the Lord heal this young man and restore him to health.

Reading the post something caught my attention. This young man had cancer a few years ago and now these other problems come up. Did he undergo chemotherapy? The stuff they give cancer patients can cause trouble years down the road. Chemo treatments need to be followed up with a strict natural health plan with a healthy diet and cleansing. The body needs to be healed of the effects of the chemo. It takes a lot of study to know all the things that can to be done to restore health, but there are things you can do.

As for what he's going through, I've never heard of these conditions. But reading the post I get a feeling that healing the body might take care of these other things.

But either way, may the Lord speed healing to this young man.

The really stinky thing about hemochromatosis is that regular whole blood donation every 3 1/2 weeks would keep the disease in check. Normal people are probited from donating more frequently than every 56 days. The blood is actually higher quality than normal people (due to the iron content), however the Red Cross won't accept it. Their reasoning is that their program is based on voluntary donations, and that there's a vested financial interest on the part of hemochromatosis patients: phlebotomies cost money.

Anyways, I've laid prayers at the feet of my risen Lord, Christ Jesus, who prays without ceasing for us (all those who call upon Him in His name) to His heavenly Father.
