I don't consider them any more or less fanatical in the cause of Islam as many devoted Jews and Christians are in the cause of their faith.
The difference is cultural. The Judeo/Christian culture which we live in is dynamic because we believe in the future (the Messiah will come or come again) and that drives us to create a better world (the world must be made as perfect as we can get it if we're to pass God's muster).
The Islamic world is frozen in time. There is no future because history came to end when Mohammed ascended into heaven. All that is left is the fufillment of prophecy, most of which is all about death and destruction and enslavement.
So, there's the problem: one the one hand, dymaic, progressive, technologoically advanced civilization, on the other, a repressed, fly-swatting, dirt-eating, hoarde of would-be suicide bombers. They'd very much like to join "our" club and reap all the benefits of Western civilization,from poltical freedom to Doritos (human nature being what it is), but their religion and culture tells them it's their duty to destroy it.
If that isn't a recipe for psychosis (along with the sexual repression and child rape), I don't know what is. Islam needs a serious enema.

Sounds like your plan (or even better, an untraceable "heart attack") would solve a lot of problems.

PS - Diplomacy failed before it even had a chance to work because neither side was negotiating in "good faith".
The Iranians had no desire to stop enriching anything or building the facilities in the first place, and the European Three (France, England, Germany) never had any intention of backing up the negotiations with the only thing the Iranians would understand: the threat of force.
So, diplomacy was only a ritual dance, albeit one that went on for three years. But that's what European diplomats do: waste time and effort for little practical gain, and cloud the issue until everyone forgets what it's all abotu anyway.

The Palestinians have a homeland. It's called JORDAN. How anyone Muslim can predate Jews in the homeland of Judaism is beyond me.
Does someone have that map showing the entire middle east with the little pinprick of land that Israel represents? I think it adds a great deal of perspective to statements like these.
You mean like Hitler told the Jews to get out of Germany, only to get them back when Germany invaded the rest of Europe?

I do. Consider them more fanatical that is. Simply because they have this insane belief that killing in the name of "allah" will get them a ticket into paradise (which, by the words of the koran was filled to capacity a long time ago) for them and thir extended families.

I think the difference is cultural and also spritual. They follow a faith created by the nemesis of the God that Jews and Christians believe in. I firmly believe this after reading their "holy" books.

It's simple, really. According to their scriptures Adam, Abraham, Moses, Noah and everyone else of importance in the Old Testament were actually moslems. Hell, they even believe Alexander the Great was a moslem!!

A lot has been said about the appropriation of territories. This man should bear in mind two things. When the Soviets steam rollered over Germany in 1945, they were the one's who were attacked in 1941.
A division of Germany's lands took place with Poland. Today there is no going back. Israel simply followed the precedent set up by the Allied powers,when they defeated Germany. The reason in part, was to set up a buffer zone. The other reason was to acquire territory. The Israeli have been prepared to re-negotiate with the Arabs. A fat lot of thanks they have got.
The man is a fool on another count. Look what happened to the last powerful ruler who was bent on destroying the Jewish people. Well, he got married, just before he committed suicide.
