Unfit for Command
Once again John Kerry sides with the enemy.
Did I say enemy? Yes. Anyone, like Mary McCarthy, who uses her public trust to undermine the war on terrorism is the enemy. The Washington Post can wrap itself and its source in civil liberties, but the public rightly won't buy it. These prisons in Europe reportedly exist to interrogate and house al Qaeda terrorists. While people may disagree over the war in Iraq, almost nobody disagrees that al-Qaeda must be destroyed.
The Democrat party is clearly lining up behind McCarthy now. The talking points have already been issued. Yesterday, Robert Menendez said this:
Sen. Robert Menendez, D-N.J., called on President Bush to hold accountable those in his administration who leaked information about the Iraq intelligence in the run-up to the war and outed undercover CIA operative Valerie Plame. "Apparently, President Bush doesn't believe what's good for the CIA is good for the White House," Menendez said. More here.
Today, John Kerry said this, in part:
… Here's my fundamental view of this, that you have somebody being fired from the CIA for allegedly telling the truth, and you have no one fired from the White House for revealing a CIA agent in order to support a lie. That underscores what's really wrong in Washington, DC here. …

Not that the truth matters to propagandists, but Plame was not a “CIA agent” and a federal prosecutor has not charged anyone at the White House with leaking her name. Moreover, revealing her name would not have been a crime because, as is now clear, Plame was not undercover. But Kerry continues to repeat this lie because he and his ilk seek to divert attention from the very serious national-security breach committed by his contributor, Mary McCarthy.

There is a reason why he is called the Great One. Or F. Lee Levin, and Rush calls him. I don't know where the gets the time, I think he's a full time lawyer, plus his talk show on WABC.And writing columns for NRO.
I guess leaking that D-Day was June 6 would have been fine since it was "true".

We have had links to articles on our CIA LEAK thread over the past few days...that have 2 separate people saying that there is NO EVIDENCE that these "prisons" ever existed.
THAT is a huge part of this story...please keep checking on that part also..

Even if we had them locked up in a penthouse suite at the Berlin Marriott, it would still be "prison".
Some time during the next administration, Mary McCarthy will win a huge wrongful dismissal award plus back pay.
Meanwhile, the only "McCarthy" half the voters will recognize is the bad guy in a Clooney movie.
It really doesn't matter whether the information McCarthy leaked was truthful or not, she believed it to be truthful. She broke the oath she swore to when hired and was fired for it. She now deserves to be prosecuted and punished for her criminal act.

Great article; keep up the reporting on this. We must counter the old media/liberal dem liars in their attempt to make McCarthy a saint in all of this. I want her in jail, I want her singing, and I want justice and the full and complete uncovering of the cia's war against Bush. We all know the media is complicit in spreading lies about Bush, and this story may be (but I doubt it) the impetus to finally set the record straight!
Why not? Becuase she is not! And even the lying liars of the left are afraid of that big a lie. Because they know it WILL come back to bite them. So they play the sissy and dance around it with smaller, more numerous lies.
Like I said, no liberal has the balls to come out and say Plame WAS covered, not even her husband, Bigus Joe Wilson.
The best Bogus Joe could do on that rare occassion that Timmy Russert asked a direct question was for Bogus Joe to describe his free ride bride as a "National Security Asset".
That's really sticking up for her Mister Bogus Joe.
